氨气选择性催化还原技术(NH3-SCR)是目前燃煤电厂消除氮氧化物(NOx)最有效、最成熟的方法之一,其中催化剂作为技术体系的核心,其成型技术逐渐成为研究热点。本文针对V2O5-WO3/TiO2蜂窝式脱硝催化剂的成型工艺,通过响应曲面法对其机械强度和孔隙率进行研究,分别得出压制压力和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)微球添加量对机械强度和孔隙率的显著回归模型。发现一定的压制压力和PMMA微球的添加可以使得压制而成的蜂窝式脱硝催化剂既能保持较高的机械强度,又能维持高的孔隙率。孔径分布及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)结果表明催化剂壁上存在明显的纳米-微米多级孔。活性测试结果显示:催化剂表现出了优良的NOx转化率及N2选择性,满足了目前工业脱硝领域…

为进一步提高TiO2的光催化性能,克服TiO2使用过程中存在的缺陷,通过溶胶-凝胶法与提拉法,成功地制备出TiO2-Zr O2无机复合膜,并对其进行了红外光谱分析(FT-IR)、断面扫描电子显微镜分析(SEM)、透射率分析以及光催化性能分析。结果表明,TiO2-Zr O2无机复合膜在光学性能、机械性能以及光催化性能上均优于TiO2无机膜。

采用水热法将聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)作为软性模板合成样品Ni(OH)2-PAM,Ni(OH)2-CTMAB和Ni(OH)2-在PAM和CTMAB的作用下,合成出来的样品有了更多的介孔,并且展现出了较宽的尺寸分布.通过扫描电镜(SEM)可以观察到不同的形貌.Ni(0H)2-PAM和Ni(OH)2.CTMAB基电极在1A/g的放电密度下的比电容分别是1200F/g和757F/g,这大大地高于没加水溶性材料合成的Ni(OH)2样品基的电极的比电容,只有113F/g。因此,适当的添加一些水溶性材料能够提高电极材料的电化学性能.

对目前在薄膜太阳电池组件及平板集热器中常用的3.2mm(超白)浮法玻璃弯曲强度进行了试验研究。采用正态分布、对数正态分布、两参数Weibull分布、三参数Weibull分布、Gumbel分布对试验数据的概率分布进行了比较。比较结果表明,采用三参数Weibull分布要优于其他几种分布形式。

以氯化聚乙烯/三元乙丙橡胶(CPE/EPDM)作为电缆料的原料,以过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)/三烯丙基氰尿酸酯(TAIC)为硫化剂,白炭黑为补强剂,Al(OH)3和 Mg(OH)2作为阻燃剂,并配以适量的增塑剂、稳定剂和防老剂,制备阻燃绝缘电缆料。经测试,电缆料的体积电阻率可达到8.843×1014Ω·cm,击穿强度为36.5 kV/mm,断裂伸长率为230%,拉伸强度为3.88 MPa。各项指标达到要求,性能满足电缆料需要。

利用Cu2+对天然高分子胶粘剂骨胶进行配位改性,制得改性骨胶。分析了Cu2+与骨胶的配位机制,并采用红外光谱(FT-IR)法、X射线衍射(XRD)法、热失重分析(TGA)法、扫描电镜(SEM)和元素分析法等对改性前后骨胶的结构和性能进行了表征。研究结果表明:骨胶分子中的—NH、—CO与Cu2+发生了配位反应,并形成了网状结构,而改性骨胶的胶膜表面变得更平滑、耐水性更好。
