Cr-MOFs/氧化石墨烯复合材料H2及CO2储存研究

采用水热法合成了不同配比的金属有机框架化合物(metal—organic frameworks,MOFs)MIL-101和氧化石墨烯的多孔复合材料,并测试了其对氢气和二氧化碳的吸附性质。对多子L复合材料进行了X射线粉末衍射、红外光谱、热重分析和氮气吸附等一系列表征分析。复合材料与MIL-101具有相似的晶体结构和物理性质,但H2和CO2的吸附性能分别提高了3.7%和12.5%:在77K和0.1MPa条件下,H2的吸附量从MIL-101的1.87%(质量分数)提高到MG-2的1.94%;在273K和0.1MPa条件下,CO2的吸附量从MIL-101的5.43mmol/g提高到MG-2的6.11mmol/g。分析认为,由于多子L的MO…

对目前在薄膜太阳电池组件及平板集热器中常用的3.2mm(超白)浮法玻璃弯曲强度进行了试验研究。采用正态分布、对数正态分布、两参数Weibull分布、三参数Weibull分布、Gumbel分布对试验数据的概率分布进行了比较。比较结果表明,采用三参数Weibull分布要优于其他几种分布形式。

阻燃型 CPE/EPDM 电缆母料研制

以氯化聚乙烯/三元乙丙橡胶(CPE/EPDM)作为电缆料的原料,以过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)/三烯丙基氰尿酸酯(TAIC)为硫化剂,白炭黑为补强剂,Al(OH)3和 Mg(OH)2作为阻燃剂,并配以适量的增塑剂、稳定剂和防老剂,制备阻燃绝缘电缆料。经测试,电缆料的体积电阻率可达到8.843×1014Ω·cm,击穿强度为36.5 kV/mm,断裂伸长率为230%,拉伸强度为3.88 MPa。各项指标达到要求,性能满足电缆料需要。

Cu^2+配位改性天然高分子胶粘剂骨胶的研究

利用Cu2+对天然高分子胶粘剂骨胶进行配位改性,制得改性骨胶。分析了Cu2+与骨胶的配位机制,并采用红外光谱(FT-IR)法、X射线衍射(XRD)法、热失重分析(TGA)法、扫描电镜(SEM)和元素分析法等对改性前后骨胶的结构和性能进行了表征。研究结果表明:骨胶分子中的—NH、—CO与Cu2+发生了配位反应,并形成了网状结构,而改性骨胶的胶膜表面变得更平滑、耐水性更好。

以氢氧化钾-四硼酸钠为熔剂,高温熔融样品,在盐酸-过氧化氢体系中进行酸化,建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)同时测定锡矿石中锡钨钼的分析方法。方法线性范围为0.00-40.00 mg/L,检出限为锡12 mg/kg,钨25 mg/kg,钼2.9 mg/kg;方法精密度(n=11)小于5.0%,测定结果与标准物质所提供的参考值一致。采用氢氧化钾-四硼酸钠熔锡矿石,熔样彻底,与传统的过氧化钠熔样法相比,不但克服了熔剂在熔样过程容易飞溅的缺点,而且使用更安全,保存更便利。方法准确、可靠、简便、快速,适用于锡矿石中钨钼锡的测定。

用自制抗菌母料S1–AMB [含nano-ZnO和叶绿素酮酸(CCA)]和S2–AMB (只含nano-ZnO)分别与聚乳酸(PLA),柠檬酸三丁酯(TBC)热机械共混制得PLA/S1–AMB/TBC和PLA/S2–AMB/TBC纳米复合抗菌材料.对比研究了不同nano-ZnO含量的两类复合材料对大肠杆菌抗菌性能和力学性能的影响.结果表明,CCA的加入使PLA/S1–AMB/TBC复合材料的抗菌性能和断裂伸长率大幅度提高;当nano-ZnO/CCA质量比为18/6,nano-ZnO质量分数为1.2%时,复合材料的抗菌率达到99.5%,为强抗菌材料;和PLA/S2–AMB/TBC相比,其断裂伸长率提高17.8倍,是纯PLA的16.4…

锂含量对富锂锰基正极材料Li[Li_xNi_0.13Co_0.13Mn_0.54]O_2结构与电化学性能的影响

将前驱体Ni0.13Co0.13Mn0.54(OH)1.6与Li2CO3混合,烧结合成了富锂锰基正极材料Li[LixNi0.13Co0.13Mn0.54]O2(x=0.09,0.12,0.16,0.22,0.24,0.29,0.33,0.37),采用XRD、SEM对其进行表征,并进行充放电测试。研究结果表明:最佳配锂量为x=0.22,此时Li1.22Ni0.133Co0.131Mn0.54O2正极材料以12.5 m A/g的充放电电流密度,在2~4.8 V之间进行电性能测试,初始放电比容量高达253.7 m Ah/g,首次效率为68.4%。

AlPO4∶xEu^3+红色荧光粉的制备及发光性研究

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了AlPO4:xEu^3+红色荧光粉,并对其结构和发光性能进行了分析。研究表明:在1300℃下恒温烧结4h可得到该样品,Eu^3+的加入对其结构没有明显的影响,且无杂相生成。通过测试AlPO4:xEu^3+红色荧光粉的发光性能,激发峰位于200-550 nm,在394 nm处有一个很强吸收峰,该荧光粉有多个发射峰,发射主峰位于596nm处,呈现红色。同时研究了Eu^3+离子浓度对发光强度的影响,当掺杂浓度为7%时发光强度达到最高,结果表明该荧光粉是一种较好的红色发光材料。
