1实验室制取Cl2时,氧化剂为什么选用需要加热的MnO2而不选用不需要加热的KMnO4、K2Cr2O7等?实验室里用到少量Cl2时,一般采用氧化浓盐酸的方法制备.常用氧化剂有KMnO4、K2Cr2O7、MnO2(需加热)、漂白粉(有效成分Ca(ClO)2).反应如下:2KMnO4+16HCl=2KCl+2MnCl2+8H2O+5Cl2↑。

目前国内外测定钢铁中碳、硫应用最广的分析方法是高频红外碳硫分析技术。介绍了LECO CS-200和ELTRA CS-800的工作原理。利用基本的化学方法通过测定不同碳硫含量的钢样、铁样、煤和焦炭等试样,对比分析了LECO CS-200和ELTRA CS-800两台碳硫分析仪的性能。实验结果表明,两台分析仪的分析精度满足ASTME1019-2000的要求,能在实际生产中应用。

在水热的条件下,利用四(4-吡啶氧甲基)甲烷(L1)或四(3-吡啶氧甲基)甲烷(L2)、1,4-萘二甲酸(1,4-NDC)和d10金属离子发生自组装反应合成了2个化合物{[Cd2(L1)(1,4-NDC)2]·2H2O}n(1)和{[Zn2(L2)(1,4-NDC)2]·DMF·3H2O)}n(2)。单晶结构表明化合物1是通过L1配体与一维链[Cd(1,4-NDC)]n相连构建而成的三维骨架化合物,而化合物2是一对螺旋链与另外的一维链相互垂直交联而形成二维网络结构。更为重要的是,通过引入2种不同空间位阻的配体,研究了辅助配体对金属有机配位聚合物结构多样性的影响。另外,它们的荧光性质也做了相应的探讨。
以丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸和2-丙烯酰胺基十六烷基磺酸钠(NaAMC16S)为原料,制备了ZS-1、ZS-2、ZS-3(NaAMC16S单体加量分别为1%、2%、3%)三元共聚物,利用元素分析仪确定了共聚物的组成,考察了共聚物分子量、黏性、抗盐性、抗剪切性及注入性。实验测得ZS-1、ZS-2、ZS-3的相对分子质量分别为1661×10^4、921×10^4、523×10^4。元素分析结果表明,据S元素的含量计算共聚物的组成,ZS-1、ZS-2、ZS-3中分别含有0.998%、1.488%、1.973%NaAMC16S。随NaAMC16S含量的增大,共聚物分子量降低,黏度增加,抗盐性和抗剪切性提高。室温下经毛细管剪切后,ZS-1、ZS-2、…

以金属骨架材料Cu3(4,4'-bipy)2-(O3SCH2CH2SO4)为吸附剂,研究了吸附时间、吸附剂用量和1-辛烯含量等对模拟油脱硫的影响。结果表明,在常温常压、Cu和S物质的量比为2、烯烃质量分数为30N、吸附时间120min下,脱硫率可达75.6%。在此基础上,研究了其对加氢后汽油的吸附脱硫效果。结果表明,吸附剂可以把加氢后汽油的含硫质量分数从40μg/g降低到8μg/g;再生后的吸附剂重复使用6次,其性能基本不变。
采用固相合成法制备了(La1-2xYxGdx)2(Zr0.7Ce0.3)2O7(x=0,0.30,0.35,0.40,0.45,0.50)体系陶瓷材料.分别利用XRD、扫描电子显微镜和高温热膨胀仪对陶瓷材料的相组成、微观形貌及热膨胀系数进行测试.结果表明.掺杂量x=0时为立方烧绿石结构,x≥0.30时为立方萤1石结构;晶粒发育良好,晶界清晰;Y2O3和Gd2O3的掺杂可以有效的提高La2(Zr0.7Ce0.3)2O7的热膨胀系数.

以乙二醛为原料,经过中间体二(4-氨基呋咱基-3-氧化偶氮基)偶氮呋咱(ADAAF),合成了高能材料二(4-硝氨基呋咱基-3-氧化偶氮基)偶氮呋咱(ADNAAF)。用红外、核磁、质谱等表征了其结构。分析了在溴酸钾和冰乙酸的氧化体系下合成中间体ADAAF的影响因素,确定最佳工艺条件为:反应温度50℃,反应时间16 h,冰乙酸与3,3'-二氨基-4,4'-氧化偶氮呋咱(DAOAF)摩尔比为68∶1,收率为58.5%。采用差示扫描量热法和热重分析研究了ADNAAF和ADAAF的热性能。结果表明,ADAAF的分解温度为267.18℃,热重变化范围50-500℃,共失重90.91%;ADNAAF的分解温度为114.81℃,热重变化范围70-…
