聚(碳酸丁二醇)酯的制备与性能研究

采用超声波法制备了以Zn2+为中心离子和对苯二甲酸为配体的金属有机骨架材料( MOF)。以碳酸二苯酯与1,4-丁二醇为原料,MOF为催化剂,制备了高分子量(重均分子量Mw ﹥190000)和窄分子量分布(分布宽度Mw/Mn≤2.2)的脂肪族聚碳酸丁二醇酯( PBC)材料,对PBC热力学性能进行了分析。结果表明,PBC热稳定性良好,玻璃化转变温度Tg 和熔融温度Tm 值均随着分子量的增大而逐渐升高,5%热分解温度(5%Td )高于290℃;拉伸强度和断裂伸长率高达31.4 MPa和519.1%。

核壳复合材料Y-SiO2与ZSM-5-SiO2的工业放大制备及其表征

考察了采用溶胶-凝胶法制备核壳复合材料Y-SiO2和ZSM-5-SiO2的工业放大过程,并采用XRD、N2吸附-脱附、SEM和TEM等方法对复合材料进行了表征。SEM和TEM表征结果显示,制备的核壳复合材料具有明显的核壳结构特征,且壳层结构连接紧密。试验结果表明,在核壳复合材料的放大过程中,采用机械搅拌的混合方式可实现核壳复合材料的工业制备,搅拌转速对其物化性质没有影响。制备的两种核壳复合材料的BET比表面积、外比表面积及孔体积均达到指标要求,两个批次的Y-SiO2试样的BET比表面积分别为866 m^2/g和872 m^2/g,外比表面积分别为262 m^2/g和277 m^2/g,孔体积均大于0.40m L/g;两个批次的ZS…

活性组分负载量对CuO-CeO2/Cord.整体式催化剂性能的影响

蜂窝状的堇青石载体经20%的草酸溶液沸煮预处理后,采用共浸渍法制备了CuO-CeO2/Cord.整体式催化剂,分别考察了不同活性组分CuO-CeO2负载量对催化剂性能的影响,并运用X射线衍射(XRD)、程序升温还原技术(TPR)对样品进行了表征。测试结果表明不同的活性组分负载量对催化剂性能均有一定影响,当CuO-CeO2负载量为15%时催化剂表现出了最好的活性和选择性。

热重-傅立叶变换红外光谱联用法研究超支化聚氨酯/丙烯酸酯的热性能及热分解机理

采用热重分析仪(TG)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对自制的超支化聚氨酯(HPU)和UV固化超支化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(HPUA)在不同气氛下的热失重行为和玻璃化转变温度(Tg)进行分析,在此基础上,结合热重红外联用仪(TG-FTIR)探究了HPU和HPUA的热分解机理。热重分析结果表明:HPU和HPUA在氮气气氛下具有相似的热分解行为,均有3段热分解温度;在空气气氛下的热分解与氮气气氛下的热分解相比,其分解行为相似,但前者的分解更迅速。DSC分析表明:接入丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)后,HPUA的Tg明显低于HPU。热红联用对热分解机理的分析表明:空气气氛下的分解比氮气气氛下更迅速,降解更完全。HPU的3段热分解分别为:醇的降解、氨基甲酸酯键的…

制备一种含有Al4C3和Ti C颗粒团的Al-Ti-C中间合金,该合金对纯镁有很好的细化作用。当中间合金加入量为2%时,镁晶粒细化为(110±17)μm的等轴晶。通过分析可知,Al4C3和Ti C组成的颗粒团在细化过程中发挥了重要作用。与单个、光滑的形核颗粒相比,颗粒团上的凹面区域增加了熔体中的液态镁原子向稳定晶核转变的可能性,依附在颗粒团凹面区域尺寸较小的晶胚也可以满足临界形核半径的要求,这使得Al4C3和TiC颗粒团成为镁晶粒更理想的形核基底。

通过自反应淬熄法制备Zn—Ti钡铁氧体空心陶瓷微珠吸波材料,再超声波化学镀Ni-Co合金,制成了具有核/壳/腔结构的吸波材料,以进一步提高陶瓷微珠的吸波性能;采用SEM、EDS和XRD法分析了其形貌及结构,并应用Aglient网络矢量仪和85055APC-7mm同轴空气线测试了其吸波性能。结果显示,空心陶瓷微珠具有中空的球形结构,主要物相BaZnTiFe10O19为一种M型钡铁氧体,表面化学镀Ni—Co合金层后吸波性能得到了提高,在2—18GHz范围内,厚度为2.71mm,吸波最低反射率达到了-21.38dB,反射率小于-10dB的带宽为3.51GHz,带宽增宽。

响应面试验优化[Bmim]Cl-Na2SO4双水相萃取分离琉璃苣种子总黄酮工艺

利用1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯([Bmim]Cl)和硫酸钠(Na2SO4)双水相体系萃取分离琉璃苣种子总黄酮,首先对[Bmim]Cl、Na2SO4、总黄酮粗提物质量分数、pH值、无水乙醇质量分数进行单因素试验,确定双水相体系组成为21%[Bmim]Cl-25%Na2SO4。然后利用Box-Behnken试验,对总黄酮粗提物质量分数、pH值、无水乙醇质量分数进行了优化,结果表明:粗提物质量分数11.9%、pH 5.1、无水乙醇质量分数1.6%条件下琉璃苣种子总黄酮萃取率可达96.91%,与预测值97.19%接近。说明本优化工艺具有可行性。

以主要化学成分为Ca O和Si O2的钢渣为原料,制备Si O2-Ca O-Al2O3系钢渣陶瓷,采用差分扫描量热仪(DSC)、X线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)与热力学计算研究钢渣陶瓷烧结过程及反应机理。研究结果表明:在以钢渣-黏土-长石-石英为主要原料的Si O2-Ca O-Al2O3体系中,钢渣陶瓷晶相以钙长石相为主;钢渣陶瓷烧结初期以扩散传质反应为主,之后形成高温液相,促进反应进行和晶体长大,并完成坯体致密化;经过湿磨的钢渣中存在大量的氢氧化钙等矿相,这些矿相在钢渣陶瓷烧结过程中能够分解产生具有很强反应活性的氧化钙,因而促进了原料间的反应和陶瓷致密化过程。

COREX风口焦(半焦)特性解析研究

对COREX风口焦进行EDS、XRD、Raman分析及气孔结构表征,并与入炉燃料性能进行对比。结果表明,入炉焦中碳含量明显高于风口焦中各个粒级的碳含量;风口焦中硫含量低于入炉焦,焦中硫发生了迁移。风口焦XRD和Raman分析表明,20~40 mm粒级焦炭(半焦)石墨化程度较高,而在5~20 mm和〈5 mm两个粒级范围焦炭(半焦)无序化程度高;风口焦的R值与粒径之间没有明显的关联;20~40 mm粒级风口焦气孔率最大。入炉燃料与风口焦的粒度及灰分分析表明,山西焦在COREX炉内降解速度较宝钢焦快;风口焦的灰分含量明显高于入炉燃料,且随风口焦粒径的降低而增加。

对Na YF4∶Yb3+,Er3+纳米材料的发光强度与激发光功率的依赖关系进行了研究,分析了Na YF4∶Yb3+,Er3+裸核纳米体系及其核包壳纳米体系的上转换红光真实来源。结果表明:核包壳的纳米体系完全不同于裸核纳米体系,交叉弛豫对于Na YF4∶Yb3+,Er3+纳米体系的上转换红光发射起主导作用,而多声子弛豫过程几乎可以忽略。这个结果对于提高上转换发光纳米材料的上转换效率、调控各发光带之间的相对强度和实现上转换发光的单色性具有重要的指导意义。
