采用均匀沉淀法制备了多壁碳纳米管~四氧化三铁(MwcNTs-Fe3O4)复合粒子,并将复合粒子与环氧树脂(EP)复合,在弱磁场(0.2~0.3T)下固化制备了EP/MWCNTs-Fe3O4复合材料。采用x射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和震动样品磁强计对复合粒子的结构和磁性能进行了表征,重点考察了弱磁场对该复合材料结构、电性能与压缩性能的影响。结果表明,复合粒子表现出顺磁性,其中Fe3O4和MWCNTs彼此相对独立,能够较均匀地分散在EP中;在外磁场作用下,复合粒子在EP中的分布表现为磁流体的特征,沿磁场方向定向排列形成链状结构;随复合粒子含量增加,复合材料的介电常数、导电性和压缩强度总体上呈上升趋势,压缩弹性模量先升高后降低;磁场诱导…
利用恒电流从碱性镀液中在Al/Pb表面电化学合成α-PbO 2沉积层,制备出Al/Pb/α-PbO 2复合惰性阳极材料。通过阳极极化法考察α-PbO 2镀液组成及镀液温度对在Al/Pb表面电化学合成α-PbO 2的影响,采用XRD和SEM分别测试Al/Pb基体材料及α-Pb O2沉积层的相结构和表面微观组织特征。结果表明:α-PbO 2的电化学合成分由几个不同的步骤完成;适宜的条件能有效提高α-Pb O2电化学合成速率并避免析氧副反应的发生;从碱性溶液中合成的α-Pb O2具有斜方晶型结构,沉积层由发育良好的圆球形晶胞构成。
[目的]探讨2,5-己二酮(HD)对PC12细胞的毒性作用及可能机制。[方法]分别用5、10、20 mmol/L HD处理PC12细胞24 h,用未暴露HD的细胞作为正常对照组。分别用乳酸脱氢酶法检测细胞存活率,苏木素-伊红染色检测细胞形态学变化,Hochest33258染色和Annexin V-FITC/PI双染流式检测细胞凋亡,JC-1染色检测线粒体膜电位。[结果]5、10、20 mmol/L HD暴露使PC12细胞的存活率下降,仅分别为对照组的92.23%、86.40%、63.72%(均P〈0.05),细胞丧失正常形态,界限模糊,细胞数量明显减少。Hochest33258染色显示,HD暴露使细胞核固缩浓染,发出较强蓝色荧光,…

以4-氨基硝基苯为起始原料,通过溴代、重氮去氨基、硝基还原制备出重要中间体3,5-二溴苯胺,再以3,5-二溴苯胺和3-溴苯胺分别与苯酚衍生物进行重氮偶合反应,合成了10个D-π-A 型偶氮苯衍生物,利用FTGIR、NMR、ESIGMS、元素分析和XG单晶衍射等表征方法,确定目标化合物结构,并通过UV-Vis光谱研究了系列目标化合物光致变色性能,测定其光致顺反异构速率常数.研究结果表明,目标化合物表现出显著光致变色性能,顺反异构转变速率常数数量级为10^-2-10^-3s^-1,异构转变速率快慢主要取决于化合物分子的取代基空间位阻大小.

在35℃时通过表面张力法研究了阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)和非离子表面活性剂聚氧乙烯(23)月桂醚(Brij35)复配体系在不同配比下的临界胶束浓度(CMC)和降低表面张力效率方面的作用。结果表明:SDBS和Brij35的物质的量比为3∶7时,降低表面张力的效率最高,其CMC为0.2 mmol/L,明显低于单一组分;并在总物质的量浓度一定时,测定了复配体系的稳定性和润湿性。
将化学计量比的前驱体Ni0.35Mn0.65(OH)2与Li2CO3均匀混合,采用不同高温段温度合成Li1.35[Ni0.35Mn0.65]O2+y富锂锰基正极材料。对合成的材料进行表征,结果表明:所合成的Li1.35[Ni0.35Mn0.65]O2+y正极材料为均匀的类球形,单颗粒大小均匀;XRD图谱显示材料为层状的α-Na Fe O2结构。将材料组装成CR2016扣式电池,采用蓝电测试仪以12.5 m A/g的电流密度进行充放电测试,2.0~4.8 V之间,最高初始放电比容量为198.0 m Ah/g,首次放电效率为69.7%。

以十六烷基四甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为模板,去离子水为共溶剂,正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源,酸性条件下,在熔融纺丝法聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)中空纤维膜表面合成介孔二氧化硅(SiO2)功能层,以均苯三甲酰氯(TMC)为油相单体、哌嗪(PIP)为水相单体,通过界面聚合在介孔SiO2功能层表面形成聚酰胺(PA)功能层,制备了PVDF/SiO2/PA中空纤维纳滤复合膜.采用SEM、XRD、FTIR 等方法对复合膜进行了表征,探讨了水相PIP 浓度对复合膜性能的影响.0.5,MPa 下以2,g/L MgSO4 溶液为测试液,所得中空纤维纳滤复合膜的截留率达到95.0%,,水通量可达21.8,L·m^-2·h^-1.
