利用Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机,采用高温等温压缩试验,对Cu-0.4Cr-0.15Zr-0.04Y合金在应变速率为0.001~10 s-1、变形温度为650~850℃、最大变形程度为50%条件下的动态再结晶行为以及组织转变进行了研究。利用加工硬化率和应变(θ-e)的关系曲线确定了该合金发生动态再结晶的形变条件为T≥750℃,应变速率小于0.1 s-1;根据θ-σ模型,确立了合金变形特征参数之间的关系:σc/σp=0.86,ec/ep=0.30;同时建立了合金变形特征参数与Z参数的关系:ep=2.61×10-3Z0.14,ec=7.83×10-4Z0.14。Cu-0.4Cr-0.15Zr-0.04Y合金在热变形过程中的动…

采用微波溶剂热法—浸渍法制备了WO3/γ-Bi2MoO6纳米异质结复合可见光催化剂(简称光催化剂),用XRD、SEM、XPS和UV-Vis分光光度法对其进行了表征.以甲基橙为目标降解物,考察了光催化剂的催化性能.表征结果显示:WO3分散在γ-Bi2MoO6晶体表面,未进入晶格内部;与WO3和γ-Bi2MoO6相比,WO3/γ-Bi2MoO6在紫外和可见光区的吸收强度均有所提高,且对光的吸收发生了明显的红移,禁带宽度变窄;二者形成的p-n型异质结能及时有效地促进光生电子-空穴对的分离,提高催化活性.实验结果表明:WO3/γ-Bi2MoO6的催化活性优于WO3和γ-Bi2MoO6;在甲基橙溶液初始质量浓度为10 mg/L、光催化剂WO…

以氟橡胶(FMK)和硅橡胶(MVQ)为基体,用玄武岩短纤维作增强相制备了玄武岩短纤维/MVQ/FMK复合材料,研究了MVQ/FMK的最佳并用比,玄武岩短纤维的长径比、用量及表面处理,二段硫化条件对复合材料力学性能的影响,用扫描电镜(SEM)和红外光谱(IR)分析表征了玄武岩短纤维和FMK/MVQ的相容性.结果表明,MVQ/FMK(质量比)为10/90时,并用胶的力学性能最好,使用长径比为1800的玄武岩短纤维7份时,玄武岩短纤维/MVQ/FMK复合材料的力学性能最佳,最佳的二段硫化条件是200℃×6h.SEM和IR分析得出γ-巯丙基三甲基硅烷(KH-590)、双(γ-三乙氧基硅基丙基)四硫化物(Si69)在玄武岩短纤维表面发生了明…

通过溶胶-凝胶和高温固相掺杂反应可控合成了形貌均匀、结晶性好的尖晶石型Li Mn1.9Al0.1O3.95F0.05正极材料,探究了Al部分取代Mn、F部分取代O后对结构的影响,测试并比较了电极材料的倍率性能和循环充放电性能.结果表明,尖晶石型Li Mn1.9Al0.1O3.95F0.05和Li Mn2O4有同样的晶型,但电极较传统的Li Mn2O4电极倍率稳定性有显著提高.在连续混合(如0.1C、0.5C和1C)充放电150次后,Li Mn1.9Al0.1O3.95F0.05电极的容量仍能保持90%以上.

采用共沉淀法结合高温固相法制备Li1.07(Ni0.4Mn0.53)1-xAlx O2正极材料,利用SEM,XRD对所得试样的形貌和晶体结构进行表征,并研究材料的电化学性能.结果表明,少量Al的掺入减小材料的颗粒尺寸,降低材料的放电比容量,但可以提高材料的循环稳定性和倍率性能.其中x=0.01时所得试样在25℃,2.75--4.2 V,0.5 C倍率下的首次放电比容量为125.1 m Ah/g,100次循环后的容量保持率达到99.5%.此外,掺入适量Al后可以降低Li+在材料中的电荷传递阻抗,改善材料的低温放电性能.

三环己基氢氧化锡分别与辛二酸和壬二酸进行甲醇溶剂热反应,合成了2个双(三环已基锡)二元酸酯(CH2)n(CO2Sn Cy3)2[(n:6(1),7(2)],并用IR、1H和13C NMR、元素分析和X射线单晶衍射表征结构。化合物1、2均属单斜晶系,空间群分别为P21/n和P21/c,在化合物的晶体中,1通过Sn-O共价键,2通过Sn-O和Sn…O弱作用,分别形成了四锡核30元(1)和32元(2)二维大环网状结构。化合物1、2对人癌细胞Colo205、Hep G2、MCF-7、Hela、NCI-H460均具有良好的体外抑制活性,对S.Aureus、B.Subtilis、E.Coli和S.Typhi具有选择性的抑菌作用。

目的:使用线性离子阱傅立叶转换串联质谱仪,对丹参中丹酚酸A和B进行多级裂解分析,探析其裂解规律。方法:采用进样针直接进样的方法,使用碰撞诱导解离(CID)裂解模式,对丹酚酸A和B进行多级裂解分析,Xcalibar V2.0进行数据分析,对碎片离子分子式推导,偏差设置为20。对两个化合物的裂解进行初步分析,全扫描及多级碎裂扫描的分辨率为30 000,多级碎裂模式为CID,碎裂能为35%。结果:丹酚酸类化合物在多级碎裂中,主要表现为丹参素基的丢失,且CO和H2O的丢失也较为明显。结论:本研究使用LTQ-Orbitrap高分辨质谱对两个化合物裂解途径进行分析,探讨其可能的裂解规律,为快速对中药材中该化合物的鉴别及其代谢物的鉴别提供实验数…
