Ba(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3(BMN)复合钙钛矿陶瓷具有高介电常数和高品质因子等介电性能,预示了其在光学领域的应用前景.本文采用第一性原理方法计算了BMN的电子结构,对其本征光学性能进行分析和预测.对固相合成六方相BMN的XRD测试结果进行Rietveld精修(加权方差因子Rwp=6.73%,方差因子Rp=5.05%),在此基础上建立晶体结构模型并对其进行几何优化.运用基于密度泛函理论(DFT)的平面波赝势方法,对六方相BMN晶体模型的能带、态密度和光学性质进行理论计算.结果表明BMN的能带结构为间接带隙,禁带宽度Eg=2.728 e V.Mg-O和Ba-O以离子键结合为主,Nb-O以共价键结合为主,费米面附近的能带主要由O-…

目的 观察自行研制的记忆合金可扩张椎体支架(shape memory alloy expandable vertebrae stent,SMA-EVS)的初步力学性能.方法 对1.0mm厚度记忆合金板材研制的3瓣、4瓣、5瓣各1枚和0.8mm厚度的记忆合金板材研制的5瓣2枚、6瓣1枚可扩张椎体支架进行初步的压力测试,观察支架的应力-位移曲线变化.结果 在测试的力学-位移结果中,EVS压力位移曲线呈“S”形变化,随着压力增大,支架的力量逐渐增大;当支架位移压缩7mm时,4瓣、5瓣支架的极限张力为100~246N;所测试的支架在完全压缩后没有断裂;压缩后的支架置于温水中,支架均完全扩张,支架高度没有丢失.结论 记忆合金可扩张椎体支架具…

采用全面腐蚀实验及SEM,EDS等表面分析技术研究了2205双相不锈钢在不同Cl-含量的饱和H2S/CO2溶液中腐蚀速率、腐蚀形态以及腐蚀表面膜层成分,并建立腐蚀过程机制模型。结果表明:随着温度与Cl-浓度的变化,腐蚀速率发生变化的转折点在Cl-浓度为(57-100)×10-6时,p H=4时,Cl-为170×10-6,温度50℃时的腐蚀速率最大,p H=6时,Cl-为170×10-6,温度80℃时的腐蚀速率最大,其最大腐蚀速率不超过0.004 mm/a;腐蚀表面形成较为致密的钝化膜,随着温度与氯离子浓度的升高,表面出现3~5μm的不稳定点蚀核。

为测量活性污泥中K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Al 5种金属元素的含量,以超声波分散污泥絮体为基础,提出了封闭回流消解/ICP?AES测量活性污泥金属元素的较优方法和程序。封闭回流消解过程中,先在1 mL超声波处理后的污泥样品中加入3.5 mL HNO3,于125℃消解35 min,然后加入0.5 mL H2O2,进一步消解10 min,保证ICP?AES测量污泥中K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Al含量时具有良好的准确度和精密度,其加标回收率为96.8%~104.6%,相对标准偏差≤4.3%。封闭回流消解/ICP?AES测量活性污泥金属元素具有操作简单、用酸量省、稳定性好、适用性强、结果准确可靠的优点。
