TiO2/SiO2/Fe3O4磁载光催化剂降解性能的研究

采用了电解法合成的磁性纳米Fe3O4为磁核,Si O2为中间保护层,以钛酸四丁酯为原料通过溶胶-凝胶法在较低温度下合成了Ti O2/Si O2/Fe3O4磁载光催化剂。研究了Ti O2/Si O2/Fe3O4磁载光催化剂对甲基橙溶液作为代表的有机物进行了光催化降解及磁分离回收性能的实验。结果表明,Ti O2/Si O2/Fe3O4磁载光催化剂即具有较高的光催化降解能力,也具有较好的磁分离回收性能。

采用OM、XRD和SQUID研究了在77~293 K变形时固溶态Fe-17Mn-5.5Si-9Cr-5.5Ni-0.12C合金的形状记忆效应和微观组织随变形温度的演化规律。结果表明:当变形温度在223~293 K之间时,固溶态Fe-17Mn-5.5Si-9Cr-5.5Ni-0.12C合金的奥氏体屈服强度与应力诱发e马氏体临界应力的差值△σ0.2从293 K的26 MPa迅速增加至223 K的105 MPa,即奥氏体抵抗塑性变形的能力随变形温度的降低而显著提高,所以其形状回复率从293 K的42%显著提高至223 K的72%;当进一步降低变形温度至77 K时,△σ0.2仅缓慢增加至125 MPa,即奥氏体抵抗塑性变形的能力缓慢提高,…

以乙烯和1-丁烯为原料,三乙基铝为助催化剂,采用国产XY-H 2型催化剂,生产PE 100管材专用料(产品编号为YK 1002),并与中国石油吉林石化公司生产的产品(采用进口催化剂,产品牌号为GC 100 S)性质进行了对比。结果表明,YK 1002的各项基础性质与GC 100 S相当。与GC 100 S相比,YK 1002低相对分子质量部分较低,高相对分子质量部分较高,相对分子质量分布较窄。YK 1002管材的加工性能良好,并且在不同测试条件下,管材的静液压强度试验均满足GB/T 15558.1—2003要求。

提出一种制备Al-0.70Fe-0.24Cu合金导线的新工艺,该工艺包括水平连续铸造和随后的Conform连续挤压成形,并对合金的力学性能、导电性能和压缩蠕变性能进行研究。结果表明:Conform连续挤压工艺导致明显的晶粒细化、应变诱导Al7Cu2Fe相的析出以及晶体取向分布的改变。采用该工艺加工的Al-0.70Fe-0.24Cu合金导线具有良好的综合力学性能和导电性能;在90°C和76 MPa条件下,该合金与纯铝和退火铜相比具有良好的抗蠕变性能,蠕变初始阶段的应变与时间遵循对数关系。合金性能的提高与在加工过程中形成的细晶和均匀分布的AlFe及Al7Cu2Fe热稳相有关。

取武汉市某污水处理厂脱水污泥为实验研究对象,用BCR三步提取法对污泥中Pb、Cu、Zn的4种存在形态进行分离提取,用电热板消解法进行全量消解,利用火焰原子吸收(FAAS)检查污泥样品中Pb、Cu、Zn的总量和各形态含量。结果表明,武汉市某污水处理厂脱水污泥中Pb和Cu的含量较低,Zn的含量较高,其中,Pb主要以残渣态的形态存在,弱酸提取态较少,Cu的弱酸提取态仅占0.2%,主要以氧化态的形态存在;Zn的4种形态分布较平均,可氧化态所占比例略高于其它三种形态。
