Phase behavior of block copolymer melts with arbitrary architecture

A. N. Morozov、J. G. E. M. Fraaije2001-02-01The Journal of Chemical Physics

The Leibler theory [L. Leibler, Macromolecules 13, 1602 (1980)] for microphase separation in AB block copolymer melts is generalized for systems with arbitrary topology of molecules. A diagrammatic technique for calculation of the monomeric correlation functions is developed. The free energies of various mesophases ar…

K. H. Kim、Yeonjeong Koo2001-02-01Philosophical magazine. A/Philosophical magazine. A. Physics of condensed matter. Structure, defects and mechanical properties

The broadening of X-ray peak profiles and movements of tensile axes were obtained simultaneously in single-slip-conditioned copper single crystals. Two types of sample showed different tensile axis movements and slip system activities. These results are in accord with the observation of slip lines with scanning electr…

Acoustic Cavitation in Water under Rare Gas Atmosphere

Yoshio Nagata、Hiroshi G. Okuno、Yoshiteru Mizukoshi 等 4 位作者2001-02-01Chemistry Letters

Abstract The results of the sonolysis of water and aqueous 2-methyl-2-propanol under a rare gas atmosphere suggest that increasing the solubility of the rare gas in water significantly enhances the rate of sonolysis but their thermal conductivity does not significantly affect the temperature of the cavitation bubbles.

Performance of silane treated primed hot‐dip galvanised steel

P. Puomi、Heidi M. Fagerholm2001-02-01Anti-Corrosion Methods and Materials

Investigates the adhesion and corrosion performance of selected silanes in primed galvanised steel. For comparison HDG steel was also treated with a chromate‐free and a chromate‐containing pre‐treatment. All treated panels were painted with three different primers. Corrosion resistance and paint adhesion of the primed…

Interaction of graphite with atomic hydrogen

Е. А. Денисов、T. N. Kompaniets2001-02-01Technical Physics

The kinetics of sorption of atomic hydrogen by pyrolytic, quasi-single-crystal, and RGT commercial-grade graphite was studied. The processes of sorption and subsequent thermal outgassing are shown to proceed in a similar manner for all the three types of graphite. Thermal desorption spectra obtained during linear heat…
