摘要: 为了分析外来撞击物对单层板结构的撞击特性及机理,以及结构防护特性的影响因素,利用一级气炮进行单层金属板撞击试验,同时利用理论模型对试验结果进行分析。根据试验结果分析,特别地,在理论模型中引入一个因子对靶体厚度进行修正。基于撞击试验数据,通过理论模型研究不同厚度的单层金属板对卵形,平头以及半球形头杆弹的抗侵彻特性,揭示了靶体厚度和弹体头部形状对抗侵彻性能与失效模式的影响。理论模型计算结果与试验数据进行了比较,发现二者吻合得较好。理论模型计算结果试验表明:靶体弹道极限随弹体头部曲率直径比(Caliber-radius-head, CRH )先增大后减小,最后变化趋势比较平缓。在一定的厚度范围内,靶体的弹道极限随其厚度增加而增加。
