摘要: 锡界面层(或称镀锡层)在钢套(低碳钢)与内衬(巴氏合金)结合性方面起着至关重要的作用,最佳的锡界面层厚度可以使得钢套与内衬界面获得最佳的结合强度。考虑锡界面层厚度的影响因素,设计多因素水平的正交试验,得到锡界面层厚度关于表面粗糙度、镀锡温度、镀锡时间、镀锡次数等的函数关系式;运用分子动力学对钢套与内衬的界面结合能进行模拟分析,得到界面结合能关于锡层比例(锡层与巴氏合金层比例的简称)的函数方程,再根据实际轴瓦尺寸及锡界面层厚度关系式确定锡界面层最佳厚度与工艺控制参数;试验与模拟结果表明,锡界面层厚度为40 μm时,其界面结合性能最好,界面结合强度最大,模拟结果与试验相符。锡界面层厚度关系式可直接适用于油膜轴承系列化产品的制造…
