Porous Co 3 O 4 -MOF and Ru/Co 3 O 4 -MOF were prepared and applied in the catalytic oxidation of toluene. Ru/Co 3 O 4 -MOF showed higher catalytic performance than other materials. The stability and water-resistence of the catalyst were also studied.
