背景:课题组前期开发的Ti O2-x Ny薄膜托槽具有优异的抗菌性能和生物安全性能。目的:考察Ti O2-x Ny薄膜托槽的表面摩擦性能。方法:采用射频磁控溅射制备Ti O2-x Ny薄膜托槽(0.022″),用X射线衍射、扫描电镜等方法表征托槽表面的理化性能。分别检测金属MBT直丝弓托槽、Ti O2-x Ny薄膜托槽与镍钛圆丝0.012、0.014、0.016间的最大静摩擦系数及动摩擦系数。结果与结论:Ti O2-x Ny薄膜托槽表面为锐钛矿结构特征峰,表面光洁均匀,致密且结晶度好。干燥状态下,Ti O2-x Ny薄膜托槽的最大静摩擦系数和动摩擦系数均小于金属MBT直丝弓托槽;湿润状态下,T...

采用自蔓延燃烧法制备出Ce掺杂的ATO (Ce-ATO)纳米粉体.利用XRD、SEM对粉体的结构及粒径进行了表征.研究了Ce掺杂量、滴定终点pH值、煅烧温度与煅烧时间对粉体晶型结构与粉体粒度及性能的影响,发现当Ce掺杂量为4%,滴定终点pH为7,在600℃下煅烧2h得到的粉体性能最好.此条件下制备的Ce-ATO粉体晶粒尺寸分布为18~22nm,且Ce-ATO粉体的电阻率为9.72?cm
