Interface controlled photovoltaic effect in epitaxial Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 films with tetragonal structure

It is shown that the short-circuit photocurrent measured under illumination in Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 epitaxial films is strongly dependent on the metal used as the top electrode.
