负载型TiO_2/ZSM-5的制备及其光催化降解亚甲基蓝

以ZSM-5粉末为载体,钛酸四丁酯为前驱物,无水乙醇为溶剂,制备了TiO2/ZSM-5光催化剂。用XRD,SEM等分析手段对催化剂的物相,形貌进行了表征,并通过对亚甲基蓝染料废水进行的光催化降解实验,讨论了催化剂用量,溶液的pH,污染物初始浓度等因素对催化剂光催化活性的影响。结果表明,ZSM-5粉末负载TiO2催化剂有很好的吸附和光催化性能,并可以多次回收重复使用,在催化剂投加量为0.2 g/L,溶液pH=5,污染无初始浓度为50 mg/L的条件下,光催化效果最佳,300 min后的降解率可达99.47%。
