溶胶-凝胶法制备了Ag掺杂的ZnO薄膜(AZO)。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、UV-VIS分光光度计、光致发光检测研究了掺杂浓度和退火温度对AZO薄膜光学和结构的影响。AZO薄膜呈(002)择优生长的纤维锌矿六角形结构的多晶相。0.5%和1%Ag掺杂的薄膜在可见光波长区域光学透过率在70%~80%之间,随着Ag掺杂浓度的升高平均透过率有所降低。5%Ag掺杂的ZnO薄膜经空气中700℃退火后出现两条发射光谱带,经He气氛中退火后UV发射光谱显著增强,并且可见光发射光谱随之消失。

以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为模板剂,正硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)为硅源,偏钒酸铵(NH4VO3)为钒源,乙醇和水为共溶剂,合成了具有棒状形貌的V-MCM-41。通过XRD、SEM、N2吸附-脱附对样品进行了表征,并研究了样品在苯羟基化反应中的催化性能。结果表明,V-MCM-41具有高度有序的孔道结构和大的比表面积;随着钒质量分数的增加,样品逐渐由短的棒状形貌变为较长的棒状形貌,并且催化活性逐渐增强;在相同钒质量分数下,合成的棒状形貌的样品比普通块状形貌的样品具有更好的催化性能。

采用水热法合成了一系列不同的WOx-SBA-15催化剂,采用X射线粉末衍射、扫描电镜等对催化剂进行了表征。在汽油的氧化脱硫过程中,考查了WOx-SBA-15中不同的Si与W物质的量比对氧化脱硫率的影响。同时考察了氧化脱硫体系中温度、反应时间、催化剂用量、剂油体积比等对脱硫率的影响。结果表明,催化剂的Si与W物质的量比为SW20时催化效果最好,在该反应体系中最佳的反应条件是:催化剂用量为60 mg,氧化反应时间为30 min,氧化温度为60℃,O/S的摩尔比为30,剂油比为1.25,萃取4次后模拟油的硫质量分数可从1 210.83μg/g降低到2.78μg/g,脱硫率可达99.77%。
