Analysis of Energy Loss-Gain Error in Discrete Fourier Transform

Yaolin Liu、Feng Han、Zhen Liu 等 4 位作者2014-06-10Applied Mechanics and Materials

In asynchronous sampling, discrete Fourier transform (DFT) spectrum involves errors. Scholars have done great investigations on the correction techniques of DFT spectrum, but the errors have not been completely eliminated all along. In this paper, spectrums were examined from the principle of conservation of energy. I…

Model of hard spheroplatelets near a hard wall

A. Kapanowski、Marcin Abram2014-06-10Physical Review E

A system of hard spheroplatelets near an impenetrable wall is studied in the low-density Onsager approximation. Spheroplatelets have optimal shape between rods and plates, and the direct transition from the isotropic to biaxial nematic phase is present. A simple local approximation for the one-particle distribution fu…

Faces of Platonic solids in all dimensions

Marzena Szajewska2014-06-10Acta Crystallographica Section A Foundations and Advances

This paper considers Platonic solids/polytopes in the real Euclidean space R(n) of dimension 3 ≤ n < ∞. The Platonic solids/polytopes are described together with their faces of dimensions 0 ≤ d ≤ n - 1. Dual pairs of Platonic polytopes are considered in parallel. The underlying finite Coxeter groups are those of simpl…

Sequence and structural Analysis of β- actin Protein of fishes, using Bioinformatics Tools and techniques

作者信息未提供2014-06-10International Journal of Biosciences (IJB)

Actins are highly conserved proteins that are involved in various types of cell motility and are ubiquitously expressed in all eukaryotic cells. In vertebrates, three main groups of actin isoforms namely alpha, beta, and gamma have been identified. The alpha actins are found in muscles with contractile functions where…

An adaptive cross-architecture combination method for graph traversal

You Yang、Shuaiwen Leon Song、Darren Kerbyson2014-06-10OpenAlex

Breadth-First Search (BFS) is widely used in many real world applications including computational biology, social networks, and electronic design automation. The combination method, using both top-down and bottom-up techniques, is the most effective BFS approach. However, current combination methods rely on trial-and-…
