Abstract In this paper, we report a 7‐inch QVGA flexible PMOLED display. A 100‐um PEN substrates was laminated on glass by roll‐to‐sheet lamination process. Our process reveals no bubble producing after lamination. The array was by sheet‐to‐sheet process at Gen 4.5. The 14 inch quad‐QVGA PMOLED system is also proposed.
