Al-Li 2원계 합금의 석출과정은 Silcock 등이 X선을 이용하여 최초로 보고하였다. 과 포화고용체를 δ‘(Al3Li)에서 δ(AlLi)의 과정을 거치면서 δ’상의 석출에 의해 경 화된다.
