采用溶剂热法, 以CuCl 2 ·2H 2 O、Zn(Ac) 2 ·2H 2 O、SnCl 4 ·5H 2 O作金属源, 硫脲作硫源, 乙二醇作溶剂, PVP作表面活性剂, 制备了Cu 2 ZnSnS 4 (CZTS)粉末。利用XRD、SEM、Raman、TEM、EDS、UV-Vis吸收光谱探讨了反应温度和反应时间对制备CZTS粉末的相结构、成分、形貌以及光学性能的影响。结果表明: 反应温度和反应时间对CZTS粉末的颗粒形貌和光学性能影响较大, 最佳合成温度为230℃, 反应时间24 h。该条件下生成的CZTS粉末相较为纯净、结晶完全, 形貌为表面嵌有薄片的微球, 各元素原子比接近化学计量比, 光学带隙为1.52 eV, 与太阳能…

采用等离子体增强化学气相沉积法(PECVD)制备了多孔SiO 2 薄膜, 系统地研究了不同浓度磷酸处理对多孔SiO 2 薄膜的质子导电特性、双电层电容和以此多孔SiO 2 薄膜为栅介质的铟锌氧(IZO)双电层薄膜晶体管性能的影响。结果表明: 多孔SiO 2 薄膜的质子电导率和双电层电容随磷酸浓度升高而增大, 60%浓度磷酸处理后多孔SiO 2 薄膜质子电导率和双电层电容分别达到1.51×10 -4 S/cm和6.33 μF/cm 2 。随磷酸浓度升高, 双电层薄膜晶体管的工作电压降低, 并且, 电流开关比也变大。其中60%浓度磷酸处理后器件工作电压为1.2 V, 迁移率为20 cm 2 /(V·s), 电流开关比为4×10 6 。…

采用石墨还原法成功制备了烧绿石型富氧相Ce 2 Zr 2 O 8 , 选用缺氧型烧绿石Nd 2 Zr 2 O 7 作为Ce 2 Zr 2 O 8 相前驱体CeZrO 3.5 的替代物与之进行结构对比分析。实验结果表明: Ce 2 Zr 2 O 8 相中富余氧主要占据前驱体中的氧空位, 且氧离子扩散不会破坏原本有序排列的阳离子(Ce/Zr)亚点阵; 同时, Ce 2 Zr 2 O 8 相中Zr-O 配位体由前驱体中共顶联接的八面体转变为共棱联接的立方体, 其反相畴界密度和振动光谱谱带亦较前驱体明显提高。以上结果说明Ce 2 Zr 2 O 8 相结构处于亚稳态, 该结构特征有利于氧离子的快速吸附或释放, 这为其成为汽车尾气净化剂提供了…
