以马来酸酐(MA)-丙烯酰胺(BA)-甲基丙烯酸正丁酯(BMA)三元共聚物为改性剂改性重质碳酸钙粉体(简称重钙粉体).研究了改性剂用量、改性时间、改性温度、搅拌速度对重钙粉体改性效果的影响,并以沉降体积、吸油值、黏度、白度、接触角、活化度、粒度、形貌等为评价指标对重钙粉体的改性效果进行评价.结果表明,MA-BA-BMA三元共聚物对重钙粉体的改性效果良好.通过单因素试验和正交试验得到改性重钙粉体的优化条件:改性剂用量(改性剂相对于重钙粉体的质量分数)为2%,改性温度为85℃,改性时间为120 min,搅拌速度为500 r/min.
