通过机械球磨的方法,将MgH2粉末与高纯NH3球磨反应后在300℃下热处理晶化,制备出了高纯度的Mg(NH2)2。在150~240℃的温度范围内,对MgCNH2)2+2.2LiH(摩尔比)储氢体系的储氢性能进行了研究,结果发现,在系统脱氢后的产物为Li2Mg(NH)2。放氢动力学揭示了该系统在200~240℃时可逆储氢量可达4.5%(质量分数)左右。该系统在150℃开始脱氢,在动力学数据的基础上可以计算出其活化能为51.7kJ/mol。此外,脱氢反应的焓变和熵变可由P-C-T曲线得到,其值分别为42.8kJ/molH2和149.2J.K~/molH2。

本文以Li2CO3,ZnO,CaCO3,TiO2为原料,采用固相反应法制备了Li2Zn3(1-x)Ca3x Ti4O12(x=0,0.05,0.1,0.15)陶瓷,并研究了CaTiO3固溶量对其显微结构和微波介电性能的影响。结果表明:Li2Zn3Ti4O12晶相中固溶CaTiO3相,晶胞参数会增大;少量CaTiO3相固溶于Li2Zn3Ti4O12陶瓷后,提高了Li2Zn3Ti4O12陶瓷的烧结温度及其介电常数,但降低了其品质因素,可增大其温频系数。在1100℃/2 h烧结条件下,Li2Zn2.7Ca0.3Ti4O12陶瓷微波介电性能达到:er=24,Q×f=50000 GHz,τf=-25×10-6/℃。

本文通过分子动力学模拟方法,研究了孪晶和堆垛层错的界面缺陷对铜纳米线力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:当孪晶界面存在缺陷时,界面缺陷会显著降低铜纳米线的屈服强度。界面缺陷密度的改变对铜纳米线的屈服强度影响很小,但却可以影响位错成核的位置:界面缺陷较少时,位错成核于缺陷界面相邻的完整孪晶面,界面缺陷数量增加后,若缺陷与自由表面之间形成内禀层错,则位错首先成核于内禀层错与自由表面交界处;然而,当堆垛层错界面存在界面缺陷时,铜纳米线的屈服强度由于应力过早集中而明显降低,位错成核于含有缺陷的堆垛层错界面与自由表面的交界处。界面缺陷密度较大时,缺陷界面会形成外禀层错。包含有堆垛层错的铜纳米线的屈服强度随着界面缺陷密度的增大而减小。The eff…

采用固相配位反应法制备Ni0.6BixMn2.4-xO4(0≤x≤0.1)热敏陶瓷。采用X线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)和阻抗分析仪对陶瓷的相结构、显微结构、元素分布和电性能进行表征。结果表明:少量添加Bi2O3能显著提高材料的烧结性能,在1 000℃下达到致密化。在x=0时,材料保持单相立方尖晶石结构,当x≥0.02时,有杂相Bi2O3、Bi3.64Ni0.36O5.82、Bi7.47Ni0.53O11.73及Bi2Ni2O5相继出现。随着Bi3+掺杂量的增加,陶瓷晶粒尺寸先增大后减小,伴随着显微结构的变化,材料的电阻率先减小后增大,材料常数B先增大后减小。

采用射频溅射技术制备了WS2薄膜,考察了WS2/全氟聚醚(815Z)和WS2/聚烯烃取代环戊烷(P201)两种固/液复合润滑体系的真空摩擦学性能.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、三维表面轮廓仪对磨损表面的微观形貌进行了分析,采用X射线能量色散谱(EDS)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析了磨损表面元素的组成和化学状态.探讨了两种固/液复合润滑体系的摩擦磨损特性和失效机理.结果表明:WS2/815Z复合润滑体系中,二者相容性较差,摩擦系数较高、波动较大,且表现出较高的磨损率;WS2薄膜与P201的相容性较好,组成的复合润滑体系表现出较低且平稳的摩擦系数和较低的磨损率,具有良好的协同效应.

采用NaIO4为氧化剂,通过氧化纳米粒子表面油酸(OA)的方法实现了油相纳米粒子OA/CaF2:Ln3+(Ln=Tb,Ce/Tb)从有机相到水相的转移,相转移后的纳米粒子在水相中具有良好的分散性。用红外光谱(IR)、X-射线衍射分析(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、荧光光谱(Fs)对所合成的纳米粒子进行了表征和荧光性能研究。结果表明,纳米粒子表面的油酸在氧化过程中生成了9,10-二羟基十八酸;纳米粒子的晶相为CaF2的立方结构,粒径约为10nm;纳米粒子发射出Tb3+的特征荧光,并且Ce3+的掺杂极大地提高了Tb3+的发光。

通过微发泡注塑成型制备了聚丙烯/玻纤/三元乙丙橡胶(PP/GF/EPDM)复合材料,并研究了EPDM对微孔发泡PP/GF/EPDM复合材料微观形态和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着EPDM用量的增加,泡孔直径呈先变小后变大、泡孔密度呈先变大后变小的趋势;当EPDM用量为15%时,微发泡制品的微观形态最好。同时,随着EPDM用量的增加,微发泡制品的拉伸强度有所降低,而冲击强度有所提高,且拉伸强度和冲击强度下降比值均呈先减小后增大的趋势;当EPDM用量为15%时,强度下降比值最小。此时PP/GF/EPDM微发泡制品的综合性能最好,其多项性能指标优于纯PP微发泡制品,达到了增强增韧的预期目的。

利用基于拉伸力场主导作用下的叶片塑化挤出机分别制备硫酸钙晶须(CSW)含量为0、5%(wt)、10%(wt)、15%(wt)、20N(wt)的硫酸钙晶须(CSW)/PBS复合材料,并讨论了CSW的含量对复合材料力学性能、热稳定性、结晶性能的影响。测试结果表明:当CSW的添加量为PBS的15%(wt)时,复合材料的综合力学性能最优,拉伸模量,弯曲模量和弯曲强度分别提高;随着CSW含量的增加,球晶尺寸减小,成核密度增加,结晶温度也有显著提高;引人CSW对PBS的熔融行为没有影响;热失重分析表明CSW有助于提高复合材料的热稳定性。

通过添加不同量的Mg-Zn-Nd准晶中间合金提高AZ91合金的耐腐蚀性。利用配有能谱分析(EDS)的扫描电子显微镜(SEM),x射线衍射仪(XRD),失重试验和动电位极化测量研究了添加Mg-Zn-Nd准晶中间合金的AZ91合金微观组织和腐蚀行为。结果表明:添加Mg-Zn-Nd准晶中间合金后,AZ91合金的显微组织明显细化,β-Mg17Al12相由连续的网状分布变成不连续的断网或颗粒状分布。此外,β-Mg17Al12相明显减少。当添加质量分数6%MZN准晶中间合金时,合金具有最好的耐腐蚀性,腐蚀速率是0.8(mg.cm-2)/d,仅是AZ91合金腐蚀速率的1/15。但过多的MZN准晶中间合金的添加,会导致AZ91合金有较差的耐腐蚀性。
