根据钢带表面的氧化脱碳与钢带内部的碳通量平衡, 建立了取向硅钢钢带在N2-H2-H2O混合气中高温脱碳的动力学数学模拟模型. 本模型引入有效氧位覆盖率概念以定量描述钢带表面选择性氧化对脱碳的影响. 根据合理设定的气固相界面处的边界条件, 对该模型的数值求解可以定量描述脱碳温度、脱碳气氛、钢带厚度对脱碳动力学的影响. 模拟计算结果表明, 脱碳的限制性环节在于钢带内部的碳扩散而不是在气固界面的脱碳化学反应, 只有提高退火温度而不是改变退火气氛才能有效加快脱碳速度. 因此对于较厚的取向硅钢钢带进行脱碳, 提高退火温度几乎是必然选择.
