低温高强SiO2-B2O3-Al2O3-CaO-Na2O陶瓷结合剂的结构与性能研究

陶瓷结合剂被广泛应用于金刚石磨料磨具的生产。制备了一组低温高强SiO2-B2O3-Al2O3-CaO-Na2O陶瓷结合剂。通过XRD、DSC、力学测试仪、热膨胀仪以及SEM等方法测试分析了陶瓷结合剂的结构与性能。结果表明,1^#至3^#组陶瓷结合剂的最佳烧结温度分别为720℃、700℃以及680℃,同时该组陶瓷结合剂平均抗折强度可达110MPa左右,热膨胀系数约为6.80×10^-6~7.0×10^-6℃^-1等。同时分析讨论了SiO2与B2O3相对含量的变化对该陶瓷结合剂结构与性能的影响。

负载型非晶合金催化剂Ni-Co-P/γ-Al2O3催化硼氢化钠水解制氢

以三氧化二铝(γ-Al2O3)为载体材料,采用化学镀法在基体表面沉积了Ni-Co-P非晶态合金催化剂。采用能量色散X射线谱仪(EDS)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、化学吸附仪(BET)等手段对样品的元素组成、形貌和结构进行了表征,用硼氢化钠水解制氢反应考察了Ni-Co-P/γ-Al2O3非晶态合金催化剂的催化性能。结果表明,化学镀Ni-Co-P/γ-Al2O3非晶态合金催化剂具有非常粗糙的表面和很大的比表面积,对催化碱性硼氢化钠溶液水解具有良好的催化活性和循化使用性能。通过对动力学数据研究得到该催化剂的活化能Ea=36.97kJ·mol^-1。

適切に保存処理されたスギ心持ち正角材の製造技術の開発を目的として,注入前の乾燥方法が薬剤浸潤度と注入後の寸法変化や割れに及ぼす影響について検討した。天然乾燥,中温乾燥,および高温セット法を用いた乾燥を行ったスギ正角材試験体への木材保存剤の浸透性および注入処理後の寸法変化を調べた結果,天然乾燥材や中温乾燥材に比べると,高温セット法で乾燥したスギ心材は注入量が低かった。また,高温セット法で乾燥した無背割り材において,注入後の乾燥工程や養生時に表面割れとそれに伴う顕著な寸法変化が生じた。そのため,これらの材は所定の寸法に仕上げると,インサイジングを行っても製材の日本農林規格(JAS)に定められる浸潤度の基準を満たさない場合があることが明…

在表面活性剂 Tween-80存在下,采用水杨醛衍生的 Schiff 碱功能单体与正硅酸乙酯的水解缩聚反应,制备了 SiO2负载的 Ag 纳米粒子催化剂,采用红外光谱、UV-Vis 光谱、X 射线粉末衍射和高分辨透射电镜对制得的样品进行了表征,并研究了样品催化 CO 氧化反应的活性。结果表明:Ag 纳米粒子均匀地分布在SiO2载体上,其粒径与 Schiff 碱功能单体用量和样品煅烧温度密切相关。当煅烧温度为973 K 时,样品催化活性最好。

采用在线热裂解-气相色谱-质谱联用技术(Py-GC-MS)分析了潜香吡嗪类化合物N-(2,3-吡嗪二甲酰基)-丙氨酸甲酯的热裂解行为.首先通过对2,3-吡嗪二羧酸酰胺化反应合成了新型目标化合物N-(2,3-吡嗪二甲酰基)-丙氨酸甲酯,其结构经X射线单晶衍射(XRD),1H NMR,13C NMR,IR和HR-MS证实,然后在空气氛围中,对目标化合物分别在300,600,900℃下进行热裂解,并通过GC-MS对其挥发性热裂解产物进行定性和半定量分析.结果表明:①裂解形成了包括具有香味特征的吡嗪类、大茴香醇和大茴香醛在内的裂解产物共48种.不同温度下挥发性热裂解产物的类型和相对含量不同,300℃和600℃时相对含量最高的均为乙酸,而9…

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了 CuFeMnO4复合金属氧化物,用 X 射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、紫外-可见-近红外分光光度计(UV-Vis-NIR)对试样的物相结构、微观形貌和光谱吸收性能进行了表征。结果表明,反应温度为50℃和70℃得到的试样含有 CuO、Fe2 O3和 MnO 杂质相,这些杂质相不利于试样对光线的吸收。随着反应温度的升高,积分平均吸收率随着下降。在反应温度25℃、pH =6.5、煅烧温度700℃、煅烧时间1 h 的工艺条件下制备的 CuFeMnO4复合金属氧化物对200~2500 nm 波长范围光线的平均吸收率达88.34%。
