为了认识到钨和 CuCrZr 合金的有效连接,为血浆面对生产了部件(陆军) ,爆炸焊接为它的一些被采用唯一的优点。不同焊接特征在这研究被调查。周期性地改变从的焊接盘子的界面的波形对一个大波浪并且最后扁平小浪指向一个稳定的波浪,它以爆炸开始了。标本的结合的力量比 32.9MPa 高。焊接变硬并且 microcracks 的形成发生在接口地区。结果证明加入的可靠性需要被改善以便满足包含制作基于钨的陆军的爆炸焊接的使用的应用的需要。
