以三乙醇胺为催化剂,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为模板剂,通过硅烷四乙酯(TEOS)和3-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷(MPTES)共水解,成功制备了巯基功能化介孔二氧化硅纳米微球.用盐酸—乙醇混合溶液去除模板后,这种介孔纳米微球能有效吸附银离子,进一步反应得到SiO2-Ag和SiO2-Ag2S复合纳米微球.用X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜、热分析以及紫外—可见光谱表征了微球形貌、结构与性能.这种复合纳米微球平均粒径约70nm,Ag2S微粒小于10 nm且担载于SiO2微球表面,而Ag量子点则包覆于介孔硅的内部,在350 nm到700 nm范围呈现明显的宽吸收.另外,这两种复合纳米微球作为无机抗菌剂都表现出良好的抗菌性能.
