一种新型的纳米级有机/无机杂化材料——多面体低聚倍半硅氧烷(POSS)引起了人们的广泛关注.向聚合物体系中加入很少量的POSS便会使复合材料的性能得到明显提高.首先利用顶角-盖帽法合成POSS,用其改性水性聚氨酯木器漆.采用T-IR、TGA、XRD对复合材料进行表征,并且测量复合材料在室温下接触角.结果表明,POSS能够均匀地分布在漆膜中,形成有机-无机互穿网络结构.此外,POSS的加入提高漆膜的耐热性能,增加涂膜的疏水性.漆膜的机械性能除附着力外均有所提高.
