聚乙二醇/膨胀石墨/聚丙烯复合相变材料的制备及表征

以膨胀石墨(EG)为基体,聚乙二醇(PEG)为相变储热介质,利用EG对PEG良好的吸附性能,制备了PEG/EG/聚丙烯(PP)复合相变材料.采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热分析(DSC)等方法对复合相变材料的结构、形貌和热性能进行了表征.结果表明:EG吸附PEG后仍然保持原有疏松多孔的形态,PEG被EG均匀吸附.由于毛细管作用力和表面的物理化学吸附作用,PEG在固-液相变时很难从微孔中渗透出来.复合相变材料的流变、形态和热性能较好时PEG/EG/PP的质量比为73.2/1.8/25.0.
