α-Al磁性对强磁场下Al-Cu亚共晶合金定向凝固组织的影响

以Al-Cu亚共晶合金为研究对象,考察了α-Al单晶磁各向异性对稳恒强磁场下定向凝固枝晶组织生长行为的影响.实验测定了α-Al单晶不同晶向的磁化率.结果表明:Al-Cu单晶中的磁化现象表现出明显的方向性;难磁化轴为晶体学位向〈111〉方向,即磁化率最小;易磁化轴为晶体学位向〈311〉或〈310〉方向,即磁化率最大;磁化率随Cu原子数量的增加而降低;[111]晶向族中4个晶向的磁化率不再一致.对于Al-0.85%Cu合金,当生长速度为50μm/s时,在无磁场情况下其定向凝固枝晶主干沿凝固方向排列;当施加6 T纵向强磁场时,枝晶主干偏离凝固方向成一定夹角排列,这一现象可能是由α-Al磁晶的各向异性所致.

采用沉积沉淀法制备了Y-Mg-Al-F催化剂,应用XRD、NH3-TPD和Raman光谱等技术手段对催化剂进行表征,并与A1F,催化剂作比较,且将催化剂应用于四氟乙烷(HFC-134a)裂解制备三氟乙烯反应中。结果表明,1100℃焙烧的Y-Mg-Al-F催化剂具有较高的活性和反应稳定性。反应温度400℃时,四氟乙烷转化率大于25%。催化剂表面酸性和积碳是影响催化剂活性和稳定性的主要因素。

利用三[4-(1,2,4-三氮唑基)苯基]胺(T3)和羧酸辅助配体与Zn(Ⅱ)盐在溶剂热及分层条件下反应,合成了2个配位聚合物:[Zn3(T3)(BDC)3(H2O)3]·4H2O(1,H2BDC,对苯二甲酸)和[Zn3(T3)2(H2O)6]·(BDC)3·12H2O(2). 配合物1在160℃下通过溶剂热反应得到,具有八重贯穿srs型拓扑的三维结构;配合物2在室温下通过分层法得到,具有kgd型拓扑的二维网络结构. 研究了配合物的热稳定性和配合物1的吸附性能. 结果表明,配合物1可以选择性地吸附水蒸气和甲醇,而对乙醇没有吸附.
