利用3种实验方法,研究了SO2/Air/N2气氛对纯Mg及AZ91D合金熔体的保护行为,运用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、Auger电子能谱仪(AES)和X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)分析了形成的表面膜的相组成、微观组织形貌和生长过程,结合热力学计算讨论了表面膜的生长与保护机理,并考查了表面膜的稳定性.研究表明:在SO2/Air/N2气氛中,保护性表面膜由MgO,MgS和MgSO4混合组成,MgSO4是热力学稳定相,它的形成至关重要.当采用SO2/Air/N2气氛为保护气氛且SO2含量一定时,Air含量不能过高也不能过低.

以带有活性基团的碘丁基硅油(IBu-PDMS)与氨基磺酸胍为原料,制备具有拒水阻燃双功能的碘丁基-N-磺酸氨基聚硅氧烷(IB-N-SA)PDMS。测定了(IB-N-SA)PDMS整理棉织物的接触角和拒水等级;通过氧指数、热重分析和棉织物燃烧后残炭的形貌,分析了其阻燃性能、热性能及阻燃机理。(IB-N-SA)PDMS可赋予棉织物拒水性能,接触角由88.37°提高到110.75°,拒水分值为90;整理棉织物燃烧后的残炭率由11.7%提高到33.6%,说明阻燃剂通过改变棉纤维的热裂解过程,促进了纤维的脱水炭化;整理棉织物的极限氧指数由18.0%提高至29.4%。
