전자 세라믹 : Zn-Mn 혼합물의 열 증발에 의한 ZnO 결정의 성장에 미치는 Mn의 영향

다른 형상을 가진 ZnO 결정들이 공기 중 대기압 분위기에서 Zn-Mn 혼합물의 열증발과 산화 공정을 통하여 생성되었다. ZnO 결정의 형상은 Zn-Mn 혼합물 내의 Mn의 양에 따라 변하였다. ZnO 결정의 형상은 원료 혼합물에 함유된 Mn의 양이 감소함에 따라 막대 형상에서 테트라포드 형상으로 변하였다. 이 결과는 Mn의 농도가 ZnO 결정의 형상에 큰 영향을 미친다는 사실을 나타낸다. XRD 결과에서는 ZnO 결정들이 육방정의 wurtzite 결정 구조를 가지고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 원료 내의 Mn의 양에 상관 없이 생성된 모든 ZnO 결정으로부터 380 n…
