目的:制备聚L-乳酸(PLLA)复合纳米羟基磷灰石(n-HA)的新型人工骨材料,并对复合材料的性能进行研究。方法:采用熔融共混法,将PLLA与不同配比的n-HA进行复合,制备得到新型复合材料,并进行力学性能测试、显微结构观察,体外降解试验等项目的研究。结果:当掺入n-HA粉末含量为20%时,PLLA/n-HA复合材料的抗弯强度可以增加到最大值,材料断口的形貌随着n-HA含量的增加表现为不同的脆性断裂特征,复合材料降解液的pH值和力学强度的降低时间较纯PLLA滞后,降解速度减缓。结论:PLLA/n-HA复合材料可明显提高单一材料的力学性能,并可减轻降解过程中酸性产物引起的炎症反应,保持较好的初始力学强度,有望成为一种理想的骨缺损修复…
