目的:探讨八角中莽草酸对人肝癌细胞HepG-2细胞增殖及其核因子-κB(NF—κB)p65蛋白表达的影响。方法:用不同浓度的莽草酸处理HepG-2细胞,MTT法测定莽草酸对HepG-2细胞的生长抑制率;倒置显微镜下观察莽草酸作用HepG-2细胞后的形态学变化;采用hoechest33342荧光染色观察莽草酸作用于人肝癌HepG-2细胞48h后细胞凋亡形态变化。Westernblot试验观察莽草酸对人肝癌HepG-2细胞NF-κB(p65)蛋白表达的影响。结果:MTT实验结果表明,莽草酸对人肝癌HepG-2细胞的生长抑制作用呈现时间依赖性和剂量依赖性;倒置显微镜下观察细胞形态可以发现,经莽草酸处理48h后的各组细胞中,可观察到随着药…

为解决增透膜在太阳能工业应用中易开裂、透过率低、提拉速度低的缺点,该文以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)、甲基三甲氧基硅烷(MTMS)和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为前驱体,在酸催化体系中通过选择合适的原料配比以及对体系溶胶-凝胶过程的控制,使TEOS、MTMS、DMF的水解产物发生共缩聚反应,进而制备出改性的SiO2溶胶,并采用提拉镀膜法直接获得了同时具有良好透过率和高速提拉下不易开裂的SiO2光学膜,克服了增透膜提拉速度低的缺点,并采用老化实验等手段研究了增透膜的抗老化性。结果表明,DMF的引入不仅可提高提拉速度,还可有效增加膜层的增透性能和抗老化性能。

柠檬酸三丁酯(TBC)是绿色环保无毒的增塑剂,其传统合成工艺采用浓硫酸作催化剂,设备腐蚀、三废问题严重,开发高效、绿色的替代催化剂是当前研究的重点。本文采用共沉淀-浸渍法向S2O8^2-/ZrO2-Al2O3催化剂中引入适量的La元素,制备出具有较高催化活性和稳定性的固体超强酸催化剂;以柠檬酸三丁酯的合成为探针反应评价催化剂的活性,并通过红外光谱、X射线衍射、NH3程序升温脱附,吡啶红外光谱等表征方法考察了La的添加对催化剂结构和性能的影响,结果表明:La的加入能够阻止催化剂中过硫酸根的分解,增强S和O之间的相互作用;少量的La不仅能增加催化剂的比表面积、酸强度和酸量,且能提高催化剂的活性和稳定性,当La的加载量为1%时,制得的催…
