본 연구에서는 Bi0.5(Na0.82K0.18)0.5TiO3 (BNKT) 세라믹스의 소결거동, 유전 및 압전 특성에 대한 과잉의 CuO 첨가 효과를 살펴보았다. 과잉의 CuO를 소량 첨가하면 소결 과정에서 치밀화와 입자 성장에 크게 도움을 주지만, 3 mol% 이상 첨가하면 소결 후에 입계에 CuO가 석출이 되는 문제가 발생하였다. 1∼2 mol% CuO를 첨가하여 975℃의 낮은 온도에서 소결한 시료가 소결조제를 넣지 않고 1,175℃에서 소결한 시료에 필적하는 압전 특성을 나타내어서, CuO를 소결조제로 이용하면 저온소성을 통한 BNKT 적층형 세라믹 액추에이터…

近年来, 因2 μm波段激光在军事、医疗和遥感探测等方面有着广阔的应用前景引起了广泛的关注。作为2 μm激光器核心工作物质的激光材料也成为研究的热点。其中该波段光纤激光器用的激光玻璃和光纤已经成为该领域的一个重要研究方向。目前,在石英光纤、锗酸盐玻璃光纤、氟化物玻璃光纤和碲酸盐玻璃光纤基质中已经实现了2 μm激光输出。但是上述几种光纤分别存在稀土掺杂浓度低、成本高、机械强度差等缺点。与石英光纤相比,硅酸盐玻璃稀土掺杂浓度高,与其他多组分玻璃光纤比,硅酸盐玻璃光纤机械强度高,化学稳定性好,原料成本低。虽然国外已经有硅酸盐玻璃光纤2 μm激光的报道,但是国内仍属空白。 本论文以2 μm波段激光输出用掺铥硅酸盐玻璃与光纤作为研究对象,对…

It is suggested that a lyophobic stabilised colloidal system is formed under conditions of oxidative polymerisation of aniline. The influence of the molecular weight of additions of poly(N-vinylpyrrolidone) on the rate of oxidative polymerisation of aniline is shown.
