スギを用いて製造したクロス・ラミネイティド・ティンバー(CLT)について,積層数,ラミナ構成,加圧板の方向に対する外層ラミナの方向,荷重方向に対する試験体の配置を変化させてめり込み試験を行い,各組み合わせによるCLTのめり込み強度性能を明らかにするとともに,めり込み強度性能を簡便に評価する方法を検討した。めり込み試験の結果,めり込み強度性能を決定づけるパラメータは,外層ラミナの方向と試験体の配置であり,積層数やラミナ構成はめり込み強度性能にはあまり寄与しないことがわかった。各ラミナの比例限度応力を用いて,CLTの比例限度応力を推定したところ,推定値と実測値は比較的よく一致した。
