采用动态硫化法制备了乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物/充油丁苯橡胶热塑性硫化胶(EVA/SBRTPV),在此基础上以聚烯烃弹性体(POE)替代部分EVA制备出低硬度TPV,并对其力学性能、Mullins效应和微现形貌进行了研究.结果表明,当EVA/SBR(质量比)为30/70时,TPV的综合性能良好;当EVA/POE/SBR(质量比)为25/5/70~20/10/70时,TPV的扯断伸长率超过1 000%,邵尔A硬度在50左右.EVA/POE/SBR TPV存在明显的Mullins效应,拉伸比一定时,最大应力和内耗随循环拉伸次数的增加而下降,瞬时残留变形则逐渐增大;拉伸比增大时,最大应力、瞬时残留变形和内耗均增加.基体中POE的存在赋予TP…
