以聚乙烯醇(PVA)、聚苯乙烯磺酸(PSSA)和钠基蒙脱土(Na-MMT)为原料,戊二醛(GA)为交联剂,通过溶液共混法制备交联型PVA/PSSA/Na-MMT质子交换复合膜.红外光谱(IR)分析表明,复合膜中PSSA的磺酸基与PVA的羟基发生酯化交联反应,提高了复合膜的稳定性;热重分析(TGA)证明,复合膜具有较好的耐热性;扫描电镜(SEM)显示,MMT在复合膜得到均匀的分散.交联剂戊二醛(GA)和钠基蒙脱土(Na-MMT)提高了复合膜的耐水性与尺寸稳定性.含有质量分数15%PSSA和3%Na-MMT复合膜的钒离子渗透率为1.58×10-6cm0/min.单电池的库伦效率可达43.7%.

在铜表面上的(Ni-P)-SiO2化学复合镀中,将Al2(SO4)、CoSO4和CrCl3作为纳米SiO2分散剂添加到镀液中.由分光光度计测定发现少量金属盐对纳米SiO2粒子在镀液中的分散稳定性均有一定程度提高.通过光电子能谱检测发现,Al2(SO4)3作为纳米SiO2分散剂的(Ni-P)-SiO2化学复合镀层中纳米SiO2沉积效果优于其他分散剂.0~8nm深度刻蚀检测表明镀层中纳米SiO2质量分数稳定.实验表明,以Al2(SO4)3作为分散剂最佳质量浓度为3.06~ 4.08 g/L.

应用熔融制样-X线荧光光谱法测定Al2O3中主要杂质Fe2O3,Si O2和Na2O的含量。采用Li2B4O7挂壁制备熔剂坩埚,分散剂溶解并分散Al2O3样品,蒸干过量水分后加混合熔剂(Li2B4O7∶Li BO2以12∶22的质量比混合),低温蒸干,并加热熔融制成厚度为2.5 mm的玻璃状熔片,用X线荧光光谱仪对Al2O3中Fe,Si,Na等元素同时进行测定。通过对此方法精密度及精确度的考核,其测量结果与化学值相吻合,三者杂质的标准偏差均小于10%,测定值与已知值之间的误差均符合标准规定。
