グラフェンシートの平面に対して垂直にカーボンナノチューブ(CNT)を接合したピラードグラフェンナノ構造体は,電子デバイスなどへの応用が三期待されている.本研究では,シミュレーションモデルとして,ピラードグラフェンナノ構造体とCNTを作成し,CNT軸方向の熱伝導率の計算を行った.ピラードグラフェンナノ構造体のCNT軸方向の熱伝導率は,グラフェンシート平面の影響により大きく低下した.この熱伝導率低下は,グラフェンシートとCNTの結合部の不整合の影響に加え,熱がグラフェン面内に拡散されることによる.
