纤维素接枝共聚物对Cu^2+和Ni^2+吸附性能的研究

以己内酯为单体,在绿色溶剂离子液体中对纤维素进行接枝改性。研究了改性纤维素对金属离子Cu^2+、Ni^2+的吸附性能,考察了金属溶液初始质量浓度和温度对吸附效果的影响,对比了改性纤维素对Cu^2+和Ni抖的吸附效果,同时对Cu^2+ 的吸附热力学进行了研究。结果表明,在温度为298K,时间为2h时,改性纤维素对Cu^2+、Ni^2+ 的吸附量分别为133mg/g、40.4mg/g;Cu^2+ 初始质量浓度的增加及温度的降低有利于吸附的进行;改性纤维素对Cu^2+的静态等温吸附符合Langmuir和Freundlich吸附等温式,吸附过程是放热过程。

使用元素W、B、Y对Ti-45Al-8Nb合金进行了微合金化,研究了微合金化后高铌TiAl基合金在900℃静止空气中的断续氧化行为。结果表明,与Ti-45Al-8Nb合金相比,经过0.2B与0.1Y联合微合金化后合金的氧化增重小,氧化膜与基体的粘附性强,抗氧化性明显改善;经过0.2W与0.1Y微合金化后合金氧化增重明显,氧化膜容易脱落,合金抗氧化性下降;经过0.2B、0.2W、0.1Y联合微合金化后合金抗氧化性没有明显变化。对氧化膜进行的扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)及X射线衍射(XRD)分析表明,联合添加B、Y促进了合金中的连续致密的Al2O3条带的形成,W、Y联合微合金化的合金中靠近基体处未形成连续的Al2O3条带,并…

硫酸盐化对TiO 2 催化剂克劳斯活性的影响

采用硫酸铵浸渍的方法制得了一系列硫酸盐化的催化剂,运用TG、BET比表面测定、XRD、Raman、FTIR和SO2-TPD技术对催化剂进行了表征,并对催化剂进行了克劳斯活性评价。结果表明,硫酸盐化会导致催化剂比表面积和孔体积减小但不会使催化剂形成新的晶型,硫酸盐的形成使TiO2表面碱性变弱,硫酸根在TiO2表面形成的双齿螯合结构会阻碍SO2和H2S与催化剂表面的接触,碱性变弱和双齿螯合结构的形成导致了催化剂克劳斯活性降低,另外,负载的硫酸盐的量越多催化剂的克劳斯活性越低。

焊接热输入对铝/镀锌钢CMT熔-钎焊接头组织与性能的影响

采用ER4043焊丝对5052铝/Q235镀锌钢进行CMT熔-钎焊,研究焊接热输入对接头组织及性能的影响.结果表明,焊缝熔宽、热影响区粗化程度、界面层硬度及厚度均随热输入的增加而增大,过热组织粗化导致拉伸试样在铝母材热影响区断裂.熔焊区组织主要为垂直于基底向焊缝中心生长的α-Al树枝晶及Al-Si共晶组织,钎焊区界面层厚度在2.55~6.86μm之间,铝侧界面主要为FeAl3金属间化合物,呈凹凸不平锯齿状;钢侧界面平滑,主要为Fe2Al5(热输入较低时)或FeAl2,FeAl(热输入较高时).

MIL-101(Cr^3+)可见光催化氧化降解甲基橙的研究

以金属有机多孔材料MIL-101(Cr^3+)为非均相催化剂,过硫酸钠(Na2S2O8)为类Fenton体系的氧化剂,在可见光(300 W)下对甲基橙进行催化氧化降解研究。结果表明,MIL-101(Cr^3+)在反应时间为120 min时对甲基橙降解率高达91.0%,且回收利用3次后仍表现出优异的降解性能(降解率达到81.0%)。同样条件下,把MIL-101(Cr^3+)替换为TiO2或者不添加任何催化剂,甲基橙的降解率分别为25.6%和8.8%。采用紫外-可见漫反射光谱考察了常温下MIL-101(Cr^3+)的禁带宽度大小,进一步证明其优异的光催化降解性能;同时还探讨了MIL-101(Cr^3+)催化降解甲基橙的可能机理。

煅烧温度对Al-In-TiO 2 光催化纳米材料性能的影响

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备0.5%Al-3%In-TiO2光催化剂,研究煅烧温度对材料性质和光催化降解活性的影响。结果表明,不同煅烧温度制备的0.5%Al-3%In-TiO2样品均为锐钛矿型TiO2晶型,TiO2晶粒尺寸和晶胞体积随煅烧温度升高增大。煅烧温度升高导致样品平均孔径增大,累积孔容积和比表面积减少。400℃制备的样品比表面积为108.9 m2/g,平均孔径为8.0 nm,累积孔容积为0.1395 cm3/g。0.5%Al-3%In-TiO2材料吸附染料能力随煅烧温度升高而下降。400℃制备的样品具有相对较强的光催化降解活性,经30 min光照后甲基橙溶液的降解率为58.1%。

采用固相反应法在不同烧结温度制备出La22/27Sr1/27K4/27MnO3多晶样品,研究了烧结温度对La22/27Sr1/27K4/27MnO3电输运性质及磁电阻的影响。结果表明:1 523、1 573K烧结样品的电输运性质出现反常;磁电阻-温度(RM-T)曲线中,低温区RM随温度降低持续增大,是界面引起的自旋相关隧穿磁电阻;高温区出现的磁电阻峰是颗粒相本征磁电阻;中间温区RM-T曲线出现一个平台。在314~274K、0.8T磁场下,1 373℃烧结的样品磁电阻(7.96±0.08)%保持不变,这有利于庞磁电阻的实际应用。钙钛矿颗粒分为体相和界面相,RM温度稳定性的机制为:高温区体相产生的本征磁电阻占优势;低温区界面产生的隧穿…

采用稳定加液系统,在海水条件下模拟了Cd随文石(CaCO_3)的共沉淀过程,并对这一过程中Cd的分异行为进行了定量评估。实验结果显示,Cd介于文石和海水之间的分异系数(D_(Cd))仅在0.2至0.9范围内变化,Cd表现为一种不相容元素。随着文石沉淀速率的增加,D_(Cd)值呈逐渐上升趋势。这些分异行为显著区别于Cd在方解石-海水体系中的分异行为,表明Cd随碳酸钙的共沉淀过程受到相应CaCO_3矿物晶体结构的影响。在运用海相CaCO_3沉积物中Cd/Ca比值作为古海洋研究指标的时候,应严格区分相关载体(CaCO_3)的晶体矿物学差异。

用传统的固态反应法合成了新型红色Eu~(3+)掺杂的Gd_2SrAl_2O_7红色荧光粉。通过添加Li_2CO_3助熔剂,有效地降低了反应温度,获得了纯Gd_2SrAl_2O_7相。用X射线衍射仪分析确认了产物为Gd_2SrAl_2O_7晶相,并用光谱仪测试了光谱性能,发现当Eu~(3+)掺杂浓度为30%时,荧光粉在623nm处有最强发光,是Y_2O_3:Eu~(3+)的两倍。(Gd_(0.7)Eu_(0.3))_2SrAl_2O_7(x=0.650,y=0.349)色度值与美国国家电视标准委员会标准值(x=0.670,y=0.330)接近。

以相应的金属氧化物和盐为原料,通过甘氨酸-硝酸盐法(GNP)合成出La0.7Sr0.3Ga0.6Fe0.4O3-δ(LSGF)粉末,经压制、烧结后,得到LSGF烧结体试样。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)对所得前驱体及其煅烧后粉体的相组成进行分析;采用扫描电镜(SEM)及X射线冠电子能谱仪(EDS)对烧结体的微观组织和成分进行了观察,还对烧结体的致密度、电导率和热膨胀系数等进行了测试分析。实验结果表明,甘氨酸-硝酸盐法所制备的前驱体粉末在700℃煅烧5h后可获得具有单一钙钛矿结构的LSGF粉末,其晶粒尺寸在45nm左右,所制备的LSGF烧结体在400~900℃范围的电导率在3.97~4.42S·cm^-1之间,热膨胀系数在9.2Х10^…
