在晶体场理论的基础上,利用四角对称3d’离子自旋哈密顿参量高阶微扰公式计算了Zinc1-malatetrihydrate:Cu2+的g因子(g//,g)和超精细结构常数(A// A1)。结果表明,由于Jahn-Teller效应,Zinc1-malatetrihydrate:Cu2+晶体中配体氧八面体沿q轴方向伸长约0.0033nm,络离子[Cu06]10-的键长R11=0.2157nm,R=0.2058nm;局域结构沿G轴方向呈伸长八面体结构。所得EPR参量理论计算与实验符合较好,并对上述结果进行了讨论。

本文研究了金属离子Fe^3+助催化纤维素选择性酸水解过程中纤维形态结构的变化,酸水解条件为反应温度80℃,Fe^3+浓度为0.3mol/L,反应时间为60min,盐酸浓度为2mol/L。通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)及纤维分析仪(Mor Fi Compat)对水解纤维素进行了表征和分析。研究表明,Fe^3+促进了纤维素选择性酸水解后纤维的表面形态及纤维长度的变化,但水解前后纤维素晶格结构未发生改变;添加Fe^3+更有利于纤维素无定形区的选择性酸水解,与未添加Fe^3+相比水解纤维素的结晶度由58.68%提高到61.47%,选择性酸水解前后纤维素结构未发生变化仍保持着天然纤维素…

采用自制的AgCuSnTi钎料对发汗材料Gr/2024Al复合材料和TC4钛合金进行钎焊,对焊后接头界面组织及力学性能进行了分析.结果表明,接头典型界面组织为Gr/2024Al/Ti3AlC2/Ag2Al+Ag3Sn+Al2Cu+Al5CuTi2/Al5CuTi2+Ag3Sn/TC4.钎焊时,活性元素Ti与Gr/2024Al复合材料的石墨基体发生活性反应,实现了TC4与Gr/2024Al复合材料的低温连接,保证了复合材料的力学性能及发汗功能.随钎焊温度升高及保温时间延长,钎缝组织中弥散分布的Al5CuTi2化合物聚集长大成块状,使接头性能下降.当钎焊温度为680℃,保温时间为10min时接头抗剪强度达到最大值17MPa,其为Gr/…

石墨添加量对Fe-Ti-V-C熔覆层组织及耐磨性的影响

通过激光熔覆在低碳钢表面获得Fe-Ti-V-C铁基熔覆层,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、显微硬度计和磨粒磨损试验机,分析比较了熔覆粉末中不同的石墨添加量对Fe-Ti-V-C熔覆层物相组成、硬度和耐磨性的影响.结果表明:熔覆层中碳化物为均匀分布的TiVC2和VC.TiVC2呈多角块状或枫叶状,VC呈小块状或细长条状,且碳化物数量随石墨加入量的增加而增加.熔覆粉末中石墨添加量过多时,熔覆层中出现残余奥氏体.一定范围内,熔覆层的硬度与耐磨性随石墨加入量的增加呈现先显著提高后降低的趋势.进行多层熔覆时存在回火软化现象,且熔覆层硬度越高回火软化现象越明显.

通过在2.8C-31Cr合金中添加Ti、V、Nb、Mo制备多元铬系合金,研究了Ti、V、Nb、Mo的添加对高铬合金碳化物形态、硬度和冲击韧度的影响。结果表明,随着合金元素加入量的增加,高铬合金凝固组织中碳化物尺寸先细化到粗化,硬度和冲击韧度先增加后降低。加入0.4%的Ti、0.4%的V、0.4%的Nb、0.4%的Mo时,高铬合金的铸态组织和综合力学性能最好,硬度(HRC)为58.9,冲击韧度为11J·cm-2。

西南某城市生活垃圾焚烧发电厂渗滤液COD和NH3-N浓度高,可生化性较好,且出水需直排入海。针对该类废水水质特点,采用UBF—SMSBR一双膜组合工艺进行处理。运行结果表明:该组合工艺运行稳定,处理效果良好,COD和NH3-N去除率较高,出水水质达GB18918--2002(城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》中一级A标准。

采用溶胶凝胶-自燃烧法合成了Ce0.8Y0.18Fe0.02O1.9纳米粉体,通过热重、X射线衍射、扫描电镜、透射电镜和交流阻抗谱等方法对试样进行研究。研究结果表明,采用溶胶凝胶-自燃烧法可直接合成纯相的具有立方萤石结构的固溶体Ce0.8Y0.18Fe0.02O1.9;合成粉体的平均粒径为10 nm~20 nm,具有高的烧结活性,在1400℃的烧结温度下,陶瓷样品的相对密度可达到97%;Ce0.8Y0.18Fe0.02O1.9电解质的离子导电性能良好,在600℃和800℃测试温度下,其电导率分别达到12.38 mS/cm和46.81 mS/cm。

研究了SiC粉体表面预处理和含量对α-SiCp/Cu复合材料摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,α-SiCp/Cu复合材料磨损量与外力作用成正比关系,但是随着磨损时间的进行,摩擦磨损量相对减小。当SiC在0~30%时,SiCp/Cu复合材料的耐磨性与SiC含量成正比关系,并且SiC的含量在30%左右是制备α-SiCp/Cu复合材料较为合适的配比。

通过具有不同冷却速率的阶梯型金属型制备出Al—Si—Cu—Mg—Ni合金,并进行固溶时效处理(T6),利用光学显微镜、XRD和SEM分析研究铝合金不同状态下的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明,冷却速率越大,合金的二次枝晶臂间距越小,抗拉强度、屈服强度、硬度和伸长率越大;热处理能明显地提高合金的力学性能。经T6处理后,共晶Si尺寸变得均匀细小,且弥散分布在α—A1基体中。截面厚度为20mm的合金热处理后抗拉强度、屈服强度和硬度(HB)分别为367MPa、229MPa和125,相对于铸态的分别提高了49.2%、54.7%和34.3%。合金拉伸断口呈现出大量韧窝和一定数量解理平面的混合形貌,表现为混合断裂特征。

以分析纯氧氯化锆和仲钨酸铵为原料,研究了合成负膨胀ZrW2O8陶瓷材料过程中,不同的热处理时间(1~8 h)、空气和液氮两种淬冷介质条件下对产品物相成分的影响。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和热机械分析仪(TMA)对样品结构、形貌和热膨胀性能进行表征。研究结果表明在1200℃温度下热处理时间延长到6 h后,并在液氮中淬冷,实验最终产物为单一的立方相的α-ZrW2O8;采用热机械分析仪测得在空气和液氮淬冷介质条件下,25~400℃温度范围内样品的平均热膨胀系数分别为-8.02×10-6K-1和-9.58×10-6K-1。
