木粉を基材としたポリアリルアミン型貴金属吸着剤(CPP-GP吸着剤)を合成し,金めっき排液から金の回収を試みた.このCPP-GP吸着剤は,金のみならずパラジウムに対しても選択的な吸着特性を示した.めっき排液では,pH 4~6の範囲で吸着効率が高かった.これは実際のめっき排液の場合,pHの調製が不要となり回収処理のプロセスが容易となることが考えられた.夾雑物の多いめっき排液での金吸着容量は吸着剤質量に対して8.4% だった.X線光電子分光装置(XPS)及び昇温脱離ガス分析装置(TDS)を用いて,金吸着前後のCPP-GP吸着剤を測定することで,シアノ金の形態で結合していることが明らかになった.めっき工場にてCPP-GP吸着剤を用いた金…

采用溶胶—碳热法制备LiFe1-xCoxPO4/C(x=0,0.05,0.1)复合正极材料。研究发现:钴离子掺杂不改变磷酸铁锂的晶体结构特征,在LiFePO4/C复合材料掺杂金属离子后,材料的电化学性能得到改善。原因是掺杂可以使材料内部产生部分缺陷,缺陷的产生有利于提高材料的导电性,从而提高电化学性能。LiFe0.95Co0.05PO4/C具有最好的电化学性能,循环中最高的放电容量为152.3mAh/g,50次循环后放电容量为146.4mAh/g,容量保持率为96.2%。
