SrF2包覆锂离子电池用正极材料0.5Li2MnO3·0.5LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2的电化学性能研究

采用化学沉淀法在富锂层状正极材料0.5Li2MnO3?0.5LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2表面包覆一层SrF2薄膜。利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜和充放电测试技术研究SrF2包覆对正极材料的晶体结构、微观形貌和电化学性能的影响。结果表明,正极材料表面包覆了一层厚约20-30nm的SrF2膜。包覆SrF2后,材料的首次库仑效率从70.5%增加到72.7%,且包覆改善了材料的倍率性能和循环性能。随着充放电倍率的增大,包覆样与未包覆样的放电容量差值随之增大;包覆样循环40次后容量保持率为95.1%,高于未包覆样84.8%的容量保持率。

采用天然碳酸盐矿物(方解石、白云石)作为吸附剂,以去除废水中的Cd2+,试验了废水中Cd2+初始浓度、pH值、反应时间、温度及吸附剂粒径等因素对Cd2+去除效果的影响。其中Cd2+初始浓度、pH值、反应时间对Cd2+的去除率影响更为显著:Cd2+初始浓度为3.2 mg·L-1时,方解石、白云石对Cd2+去除率达到96.53%、95.42%,但随着初始浓度的增加去除率降低;当Cd2+废水pH值为7.0时,方解石、白云石对Cd2+的去除率分别为95.0%、99.44%,酸性条件下Cd2+的去除率较低;去除率随反应时间增加而增加,当反应时间为24 h时,方解石、白云石对Cd2+去除率达到98.1%、95.7%。利用去离子水与0.01 m…

金属材料の接着接合に必要な表面処理技術について解説した。従来からの溶接に代わって採用されつつある接着剤を用いる接着接合では,利点もあるが欠点もあるので,欠点を最小とするための考慮が必要である。初期接着強さの改善と接着強さのばらつき幅の低減には,表面の接着性を向上させるために何らかの表面処理を実施することが望ましい。表面の接着性を大きく改善するには,薬品や活性ガスやプライマーなどの処理が必要である。表面処理の手法には,以前から種々の手法が採用されているが,金属でも活性ガスを用いた乾式洗浄が注目されている。

采用射频等离子体增强化学气相沉积(RF-PECVD)技术,使用SiH4加GeH4的反应气源组合生长微晶硅锗(μc-Sil-xGex:H)薄膜.研究了电极间距对μc-Sil-xGex:H薄膜结构特性的影响.发现薄膜中的Ge含量随电极间距的降低逐渐增加.当电极间距降至7mm时,μc-Sil-xGex:H薄膜具有较大的晶粒尺寸并呈现较强的(220)择优取向,同时具有较低的微结构因子.通过薄膜结构特性的变化分析了反应气源的分解状态,认为Ge含量的提高主要是SiH4的分解率降低所导致的.在较窄的电极间距(7mm)下,等离子体中GeH3基团的比例较大,增强了Ge前驱物的扩散能力,使μc-Sil-xGex:H薄膜的质量得到提高.

采用非等温动态示差扫描量热法(DSC)和热失重分析法(TGA)研究了N,N,N’,N’-四缩水甘油胺-3,3’-双(4-氨基苯氧基)二苯砜/甲基纳迪克酸酐/2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑(TGBAPS/MNA/EMI-24)体系的固化反应过程及固化物的热稳定性。由Kissinger方程和Ozawa方程求得该体系固化反应的表观活化能分别为84.1kJ/mol和87.1kJ/mol;由Crane方程求得固化反应近似为一级反应;TGBAPS/MNA/EMI-24体系固化物具有良好的耐热性能,其Tg为215℃,5%、15%和30%的失重温度分别为317℃、331℃和359℃。
