ポリプロピレン/エラストマー/フィラー三元複合材料に関して,エラストマー変量にて衝撃破壊挙動を脆性から延性へとコントロールし,その各々においてフィラー添加が力学特性に及ぼす影響を総合的に検討した.エラストマーとしてSEBSを,フィラーとして,平均粒子径0.12から20 µmのCaCO3を用いた.弾性率はエラストマー量とともに低下し,フィラー量とともに上昇した.これは,従来の研究による結果を支持していた.衝撃強度に関しては特異な挙動が見られた.ポリマーが明らかに脆性破壊を起こす場合,ほとんどのフィラーが衝撃強度を向上させた.ポリマーが延性破壊を起こす場合,粒子径3.0 µm以上のフィラーは衝撃強度を低下させ,粒子径2.5 µm以下の…

以TC4钛合金为基体制备出Ni-P-MoS2化学复合镀层,分析了pH值、MoS2微粒浓度以及表面活性剂种类、浓度对复合镀层耐磨性能的影响,并观察了镀层磨损后的形貌。结果表明:复合镀层的耐磨性随镀液中MoS2颗粒浓度和pH值的升高先增强后减小。在MoS2颗粒浓度为2g/L和pH为6.0时,阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵与阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠的共同作用能有效促进MoS2微粒与Ni-P合金的共沉积,在钛合金表面形成一层均匀的固体润滑膜,显著降低摩擦系数。镀层中MoS2粒子起到很好的固体自润滑作用,减小了粘着磨损的发生。

纳米Cu 2 O悬浮液对5种植物病原真菌的抑菌效果比较

研究了不同浓度纳米Cu2O悬浮液对5种植物病原真菌——番茄早疫病菌、辣椒疫霉菌、西瓜枯萎病菌、黄瓜炭疽病菌和油菜菌核病菌的抑菌效果。试验结果表明,纳米Cu2O悬浮液对5种植物病原真菌有非常明显的抑制作用,抑菌效果与纳米Cu2O质量浓度呈正相关,纳米Cu2O悬浮液对辣椒疫霉菌的抑菌效果明显优于对其他4种植物病原真菌的抑菌效果;纳米Cu2O质量浓度为100 mg/kg时,对辣椒疫霉菌的抑制率高达95%以上;纳米Cu2O质量浓度为400 mg/kg时,对番茄早疫病菌、西瓜枯萎病菌、黄瓜炭疽病菌和油菜菌核病菌的抑制率均达到80%以上。

采用SolidWorks建模软件与Fluent流体模拟软件相结合的方式,模拟了不同丝材直径下水平连铸硬脆合金Co-Cr-W丝材在结晶器内的温度分布、速度分布状况,并分析了丝材直径对凝固壁厚度和内部质元流动速度的影响。结果表明,当丝材直径为5mm时,合金液既能形成有效的壁厚,又不存在蓄能现象,较为适宜。
