本研究では,工業的な条件で製造されるポリエチレンテレフタラートフィルムの延伸に伴う構造形成を調べるため,延伸ロールを用いて連続的に一軸延伸されたフィルムについて,小角X線散乱と広角X線回折から配向構造を評価した.その結果,90°CではSmectic相,100°Cでは結晶相に対応する回折が観察された.延伸フィルムの小角散乱像には,いずれも延伸方向とその垂直方向に加え,X方向のストリークが観察された.さらに延伸倍率300%以上では,Through像には延伸方向と直交する方向の2点像,Edge像には4点像が現れた.また,Edge像の方が,Through像よりもストリークおよび散乱の強度が強くなった.この差は,延伸倍率200%以上ではフィ…
