以二氧化硅负载Dawson型磷钨酸H6 P2 W18 O62/SiO2为催化剂,采用环己酮和1,2-丙二醇为原料合成环己酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮.探讨H6 P2 W18 O62/SiO2对缩酮反应的催化活性,较系统地研究了各种因素对产物收率的影响.实验表明:H6 P2 W18 O62/SiO2是合成环己酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮的良好催化剂,在n(环己酮)∶n(1,2-丙二醇)=1∶1.5,带水剂环己烷6 mL,催化剂用量占反应物料总质量的0.6%,反应时间60 min的优化条件下,环己酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮的收率可达85.4%.

通过深冷处理前后Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金在3.5%NaCl溶液中腐蚀速率的测试,结合电化学分析及金相和扫描电镜观察,研究了深冷处理对Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,深冷处理能显著减少Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金中的第二相含量,从而有效提高Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金的耐腐蚀性能。

对3 mum厚的AZ31-O镁合金板和6061-T6铝合金板进行异种材料搅拌摩擦焊.实验中搅拌针的旋转速度为600~1400 r/min,前进速度为20~60 mm/min.结果表明,在旋转速度1000 r/min、前进速度40 mm/min的工艺条件下,可以获得无缺陷的焊接接头.组织观察发现搅拌区的晶粒尺寸要比基材区的明显小很多.在搅拌区形成了复杂的金属流动.显微硬度测试表明搅拌区的硬度分别是不均匀的.拉伸实验结果表明,接头的拉伸强度约为基材AZ31镁合金的76%,或6061铝合金的60%.接头拉伸断口SEM形貌观察表明为脆性断裂.

采用“烧结-球磨”方法制备Mg0.92 In0.05 Zn0.03三元固溶体合金,减小了Mg的晶格常数.利用粉末X-射线衍射分析合金的相组成、微观结构和吸放氢过程的相转变,通过扫描电镜观察合金的微观形貌及相分布.采用体积法测定合金的等温吸放氢曲线( PCT)和动力学曲线,确定了合金的吸放氢反应焓变、熵变及氢化反应激活能.结果表明: Mg0.92 In0.05 Zn0.03三元固溶体具有良好的活化性能和动力学性能,脱氢反应焓降低至-68.6 kJ/mol H2.
