对3 mum厚的AZ31-O镁合金板和6061-T6铝合金板进行异种材料搅拌摩擦焊.实验中搅拌针的旋转速度为600~1400 r/min,前进速度为20~60 mm/min.结果表明,在旋转速度1000 r/min、前进速度40 mm/min的工艺条件下,可以获得无缺陷的焊接接头.组织观察发现搅拌区的晶粒尺寸要比基材区的明显小很多.在搅拌区形成了复杂的金属流动.显微硬度测试表明搅拌区的硬度分别是不均匀的.拉伸实验结果表明,接头的拉伸强度约为基材AZ31镁合金的76%,或6061铝合金的60%.接头拉伸断口SEM形貌观察表明为脆性断裂.

采用“烧结-球磨”方法制备Mg0.92 In0.05 Zn0.03三元固溶体合金,减小了Mg的晶格常数.利用粉末X-射线衍射分析合金的相组成、微观结构和吸放氢过程的相转变,通过扫描电镜观察合金的微观形貌及相分布.采用体积法测定合金的等温吸放氢曲线( PCT)和动力学曲线,确定了合金的吸放氢反应焓变、熵变及氢化反应激活能.结果表明: Mg0.92 In0.05 Zn0.03三元固溶体具有良好的活化性能和动力学性能,脱氢反应焓降低至-68.6 kJ/mol H2.

采用氨基酸钠游离的氨基引发e-己内酯单体开环得到酯肽齐聚物,并以六亚甲基二异氰酸酯为扩链剂,将这些齐聚物扩链合成4种聚酯酰胺.将4种天然氨基酸(L-丙氨酸、L-亮氨酸、L-谷氨酸、L-赖氨酸)引入到聚(e-己内酯)(poly(e-caprolactone),PCL)中,合成和表征了4种含有氨基酸残基的聚合物.通过1H-NMR、FT-IR、水接触角、水吸收率和降解实验对该聚酯酰胺进行了表征.实验结果表明:经氨基酸改性PCL的亲水性和降解性得到了改善,其中含有L-赖氨酸残基的聚酯酰胺因亲水性最高,降解速率最快.

以对氨基苯磺酸(PAS)、三聚氰胺(M)和甲醛(F)为原料,采用三步合成反应工艺合成了对氨基苯磺酸-三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂(PASMF)。研究结果表明:按照n(M)∶n(PAS)∶n(F)=1∶1.4∶5配比,设置羟甲基化阶段的反应温度为70℃、反应时间为1.5 h和pH为8.5,酸性缩聚阶段的反应温度为80℃、反应时间为1 h和pH为6,碱性重整阶段的反应温度为75℃、反应时间为1 h和pH为8.5,合成的PASMF综合性能良好;当w(PASMF)=1.0%(相对于水泥质量而言)时,水泥具有较好的分散性,水泥净浆初始流动度达240 mm。
