以甲酸乙酯和水合肼为原料,历经氨解、成环两步反应得到4-胺基-1,2,4-三唑(AT);然后,以乙醇为溶剂,AT与高氯酸铜发生络合反应,得到4-胺基-1,2,4-三唑高氯酸铜配合物(ATCP)。采用有机元素分析、x射线荧光光谱和FTIR,对其进行了表征。利用TG/DTG、DSC研究了ATCP的热分解行为,其最终分解产物为CuO.利用浇注工艺制备了含ATCP的改性双基推进剂样品,研究了ATCP对推进剂燃烧性能的影响。结果表明,ATCP对改性双基系推进剂的燃烧具有良好的催化作用,是-种高效的燃烧催化剂。

固定增容剂马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MA)的含量为10%,采用熔融共混制备出聚丙烯(PP)/PP—g—MA/蒙脱土(MMT)纳米复合材料,并研究了不同含量MMT对复合材料的力学性能、球晶大小和SEM形貌等的影响。结果表明,当MMT质量分数为3%、PP-g-MA质量分数为10%时,PP/PP—g-MA/MMT纳米复合材料中MMT的分散性较好,冲击强度达到4.2kJ/m2,比纯PP提高了45%,而拉伸强度降低不明显。

采用直接反应烧结法制备了(Ba1-x Cax )(Ti0.85 Zr0.15)O 3无铅压电陶瓷,分析了不同的 Ca 含量时陶瓷的晶相结构、微观结构、密度及电性能.结果表明,采用直接反应烧结法制备的(Ba1-x Cax )(Ti0.85 Zr0.15)O3无铅压电陶瓷具有纯的钙钛矿相结构;微观结构致密,晶粒大小比较均匀,陶瓷样品出现较大的直径收缩率(25%左右);随着 Ca 含量的增加陶瓷的居里温度略微降低,室温介电常数出现较大增加,压电常数变大,其中 x =0.15时压电性能最好,d 33为208 pC/N.
