弥散燃料板芯体中U—Mo/AI—Si合金基体反应层性质研究
针对弥散型燃料板采用实验方法分析U.Mo燃料相与A1.si基体反应层的性质。实验结果表明:反应层主要出现在U-Mo燃料颗粒的内部微裂纹处及燃料颗粒与基体界面处,其形貌和厚度均不规则。U.Mo与A1-si遵循空位扩散机制,扩散过程主要为Al、si向U.Mo合金的扩散。在反应层中舢含量基本维持不变,Si含量沿基体.燃料相方向递增,并聚集在U—Mo侧的反应层中。当基体中si含量达到5%时,可明显抑制扩散反应的进行,从而改进燃料板性能。

利用粉煤灰合成Linde type F(K)沸石吸附重金属Ni2+,探讨吸附剂用量、初始pH、反应温度以及反应时间对Ni2+吸附效果的影响,同时进行吸附等温线和吸附动力学的数据模拟。结果表明,沸石投加量、初始pH以及反应温度均对Ni2+的去除效果影响明显。随着沸石投加量的不断增大,Ni2+去除率不断提高,饱和吸附量逐渐减小。初始pH 7是沸石吸附Ni2+的最适pH。反应温度越高,沸石吸附Ni2+达到平衡的时间越短。沸石对Ni2+的吸附过程符合Langmuir吸附等温式;准一级动力学方程能较好地描述沸石对Ni2+的吸附行为。

研究了SrCo0.7Fe0.2Mo0.1O3-δ(SCFM)材料的相组成、微观结构、热膨胀系数、氧渗透性能和化学稳定性,其结果和文献中的SrCo0.8Fe0.2O3-δ(SCF)做了对比.通过EDTA-citric混合方法成功获得了纯相SCFM材料.SCFM材料在500-1050℃显示出比SCF材料更低的热膨胀系数(24×10^-6—29×10^-6/K),表明其具有一种更稳定的结构,尽管由于Mo掺杂造成其透氧率比SCF材料低,但是SCFM的透氧率仍然维持在一个较高水平.证实SCF中的Mo掺杂能够阻止晶格中的有序-无序转变,提高了其在CO2下的化学稳定性.
