摘要: 用传统的抛光方法很难对细长管内表面进行抛光;利用磁场控制的磁粒刷就可以较容易实现复杂管件内表面的研磨抛光。这种抛光方法是把磁性磨料和油性研磨液的混合物裹附在V形磁铁的两极,在外围磁铁的吸引下将磨料混合物压附在工件的内表面,增大磨料对内壁的研磨力,提高抛光效率。磁极端部开槽的V形磁铁在其开槽处较利于磨料的自发搅拌,使磁性磨料不断更替的对工件内表面进行抛光。通过有限元分析验证V形磁铁端部开槽对研磨压力的影响;从理论上阐述V形磁铁端部开槽后有利于实现磨料的更替,并得到较好的表面质量;最后通过对SUS304管内表面的抛光试验验证理论的正确性。

250℃の高圧水素ガス中でのSUS304鋼の水素脆化感受性を高温・高圧水素ガス中で低ひずみ速度引張試験により調査した.高圧水素ガス中において,準安定オーステナイト系ステンレス鋼であるSUS304鋼は,室温では顕著な脆化を示したが,250℃では室温のSUS316L鋼と同等の軽微な脆化しか示さなかった.水素ガスの導入温度を250℃近傍に維持できれば,圧縮水素ガスを扱う機器や配管の材料として,従来のSUS316L鋼に替えSUS304鋼の使用が可能と考えられる.
