補修・補強工事において,既設部材側にブラスト処理が困難な場合を想定して,2種ケレンによる鋼材粗面と無機ジンクリッチペイント面の組合せを対象に,高力ボルト摩擦接合継手供試体を用いてすべり耐力試験を実施し,無機ジンク膜厚と2種ケレン面の表面粗さがすべり係数に与える影響を明らかにした.その結果,すべり係数は無機ジンク膜厚より表面粗さに強い相関があることが見られた.また,連結板に塗布した無機ジンク膜厚以上の表面粗さを有してもすべり係数に改善は見られず,すべり係数は頭打ちすることが分かった.試験結果を踏まえ,連結板の無機ジンク膜厚を50μm以上150μm以下確保した上で,鋼材粗面の表面粗さが算術平均粗さRa≧5μmの場合のすべり係数は0.4…
